Recently got a chance to work on a project with Christine Ortiz of the Apex Real Estate team. Her customer interaction,was spot on. She is very professional, and one of the few Realtors who is GRI designated, which in layman's term is an agent who constantly and consistently certifies, and educates herself to offer the best to her clients. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent a home then surely talk to Christina before hiring anyone else.

I met Cynthia and Christine at an open house and not having a set realtor I was open to speaking with them. I had spoken to a few prior and frankly was disappointed with how little they knew and I didnt see the value. However after meeting Cynthia and Christine I was blown away with their market knowledge and just all round professionalism. I never once was pressured into buying a property and I would often hear them telling me no on homes for reasons I didnt even initially notice. They were excellent and far more consultants then sales people. Great people!!

Cynthia and Christine are fantastic to work with! They communicate effectively and I know that my Veteran borrowers are in great hands when I send them to these two amazing women! They are honest and trustworthy and take care of clients as if they are family!

Holy Cow! Excellent Listening Agent!Cynthia Mondeaux provide excellent service from start to finish!She showed up to our first meeting with all the comps and permit search already done. She was there for the pictures and then was there for all the showings. Not only did she sell my house , but she also helped get it ready for showing in such a way that it looked staged professionally. I loved that personal touch! It lead to multiple offers and I ultimately sold for my asking price! I even heard one agent at a showing remark that is was good to get someone who responded so quickly to her showing request.Professional, personable, competent and thorough, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Cynthia and her team!!!

Christine and Cynthia did an amazing job on finding our dream home. We were a newly married couple looking for a place in our dream location that tended to be out of our price range, and they managed to find an amazing house with fixer-upper potential. They accomplished asking for buyers concessions (where the seller pays for closing costs instead of buyer) under this crazy sellers market, which is a very hard thing to do! If you are looking for realtors that can help you find a house thats worth what the seller is asking, find an amazing home within your budget, or maybe even looking for an investment property with a little bit of work then Christine and Cynthia are the people you need to work with!

Cynthia was the perfect real estate agent for our needs. When we start the home search in South Florida we were all over the map on both location and style of house we were looking for. After working with Cynthia over a couple of weeks we were able to decide on both a desired location and type of house. Once we found a home we liked Cynthia was able to negotiate a lower price on our home which was pretty impressive as this was a seller's market when many homes were selling at prices higher than the listed price. She helped us every step of the way and kept the home buying process moving along until we closed on our new home. If you want someone who cares about their clients and listens to their needs then look no further than Cynthia.
