The American Red Cross is so amazing and so inclusive that anybody that has an hour should try to spend it with them. The things they do for communities as well as the military are unbelievable and that doesn't even scratch the surface of who they help. I have been a member since August of 2023 and I'm proud to be able to say that

Larger American Red Cross branch with plenty of parking. We (from the German Red Cross) stopped by here on our way through, were warmly welcomed and shown around. Eric took time for us and explained to us what the American Red Cross's tasks are and what the differences are to our Red Cross work in Europe. It's just great what the American Red Cross does for the population!Thank you very much for the great time!

After being displaced from Hurricane Ian in 2022, the American Red Cross has given me false hope, lied to me and wasted my time. Terrible organization!!!

Update #2 Review updated from 1 to 5 stars. After getting the below rectified, I retook the class with a different instructor named Jennifer. The difference was as vast as night and day. The full course was exactly as it should have been and I indeed walked away from some new information. This was the class I was hoping for and the instructor present did a fantastic jobWent for CPR/First Aid/AED classroom instruction. The 6 hour class was less than 1hr in length and the "training" received was less than inadequate. Anyone who took that class should be offered a refund and/or the opportunity to actually be trained. The most anyone got out of it was showing up, signing in and receiving a certificate of completion. Lives depend on this class and as a result, people will likely die as a result. The fact the 9-3:30 class that started after 9:30 and ended at 10:30 should be all you need to know about the quality of inadequacy received.Update #15 days after the class. The issue was reported to Christa S*****, Quality Assurance Solutions and Brand Protections Senior Manager. I was finally able to be in touch and this class and/or instructor is being investigated. My certificate that was issued was invalidated as a result. I am being provided a refund or a voucher to retrain. My hope is every participant under that CNA's instruction will be contacted and offered the same.

These ppl are the best, whether responding to a fire or promoting the red Cross at a fair, they deserve all the support a community can offer.
