These people are rip offs brought two fire arms from them for almost $600 never even fired them still in same exact condition as time of purchase went back because i was a little behind in bills and the same man who sold them to me offered me $90 for both guns smh disgusting human beings so either you ripped me off then or your trying to ripp me off now stay away people there shady

This place is great! Went yesterday to look at a couple guns the guy that was there was extremely knowledgeable, took a bunch of time out and answered every single question something not alot of people in the area do. Great selections of almost any gun you can think of some beautiful Kimber's just all around best place to go to shop for a firearm !

Great service every time, works with you the whole way, great for a sell or a loan or buying a new toy or collector peice, Paul is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the whole staff is great all around, definitely recommend!!!

The owner gives great deals for what you have to sell or pawn. Very helpful and nice, will definitely bring my business there for now on. They have a huge selection of guns, jewelry, and priceless collectibles nice to just look at even if you don't buy anything it is a cool store just to visit.

Went in to sell a used firearm. Received a very fair offer. Had it ended there, things would be just fine. However, the customer service I received far exceeded "just fine". I was shown cool guns just for the sake of showing me, I was given tips of where to get good deals on parts, I even found some 300 blackout mags (super hard to get right now) & they weren't overpriced. In fact, they went as far as to give me a discount for buying em all. Cant recommend this place enough, will definitely be going back when I need more gun stuff.

I had a great experience here I forgot to get the owners name because we conversed as soon as I stepped in until I left lol he’s a good guy and I love the store and he’s is beyond knowledgeable on all firearms....this is now my fave store and my go to I will recommend this store to everyone. It was a pleasure shopping here. They didn't ignore and try to rush me to make a purchase. They have good deals and a great selection of big boy toys to choose from.I would definitely be looking for more deals in here again.

If I were to sum up my experience with American Pawn and Jewelry, I would put it this way: amazing customer service from start to finish! Chris was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, ultra communicative and extremely patient throughout our entire business transaction - start to finish. He’s one of those guys who clearly knows his stuff but never tries too hard to use that knowledge to impress or pressure. I knew I was in good hands from the moment we started speaking. Super guy. Very disappointed. I had pawned a firearm due to health issues. Had 100% intentions on picking up the firearm. A rep from the company stated that “ we will automatically text you with plenty of time before any payments are due or default of the firearm ever happens.” the shop called once and took a Payment over the phone. At which time I asked will I be texted the next time or called. Both never happened. I thoroughly went through my call log and no calls were made and never received a text. I was advised that the firearm defaulted on the 18th of April. I am a super high risk person to get COVID-19. First responder at ground zero with respiratory issues and a cancer survivor with a compromised immune system. To go out after I was put on quarantine by my Doctor would be potentially deadly. I guess it’s out of there inventory and gone forever. If you offer a service to remind which is an excellent idea.If it actually happened. Or does it build a false sense of security for first time pawn/loan customers? Bottom line this just sucks and that firearm had sentimental value and was never fired. Just sucks. Sorry !!!
