The only reason I'm giving even one star is because Naomi and Damien were EXCELLENT workers. The initial service call people were also very, very easy to deal with. Once they transferred me to Stellio, who scheduled our appointment, it went downhill from there. He was absolutely RUDE on the phone and kept touting that he was the owner/manager and whatever they told me on the initial sales call was wrong, which was $149 per hour and then at two hours they would give me a $50 credit. The initial sales person stated nothing of a travel time charge or fuel charge, which were astronomical. After the workers arrived, they stated it would take five and a half hours, to which it only took two, BUT I had to pay up front for the five and half hours. When I received the invoice there was NO $50 credit AND they had charged me for five and half hours PLUS all these other crazy charges. When I pressed him about the packing material prices, Stellio told me they had used 24 boxes. But when we counted the boxes in the room there were only 15. Ohhhh, forgot to say they were only moving furniture and books from one small office to another office. Stellio then told me they used 18 rolls of tape. 18 rolls of tape for 15 boxes???? Are you KIDDING me??? I think not, but arguing with Stellio was like talking to a wall. He is unprofessional and if he was my manager, he would have been fired by now. I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Better off just doing everything yourself. they stole items and cash from my drawers (I shouldnt have left it there) but they violated my privacy and went through my belongings. Started asking for a tip as soon as they started working. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY I will never use these thieves again

I have no complaints about the quality of the work they did. But they charged me almost $1,200 for a one bedroom apartment, plus I already had everything packed, they only helped me pack my two televisions.
According to what I discussed over the phone when I hired them, the job was 2 hours, but I considered an extra hour just in case. The distance between my previous apartment and the new one is less than 10 minutes.
From the beginning when they are explaining the price, they never give you a real estimate. I asked the person who took my bank details to make the payment for an invoice and they never sent it to me.
It was a bad experience and I will never recommend them.
I give it 1 star only because Google forces me to do so.

Horrible experience I do not recommend this company at all I hired them this past Monday for move I was moving from lake worth, FL to lake worth FL literally 15 mins apart I wasn't even moving my full apartment I was only moving 2 bedroom sets and 5 tv's we moved all of our boxes by ourselves the movers took 5 hours !!! for 2 bedroom sets and 5 tv's no living room, no dining room nothing we moved all of those by ourselves what should have took no more than 2 1/2 or 3 hours tops took 5hrs when I called to hire the company I was told it was $169 a hr and that's all the information that given to me at the end of move they said I have to pay over $1,300 dollars !!! like seriously I was shocked and refused to pay when asked by is it so expensive when its only $169hr all of the sudden I was being charge for this fee and that fee end everything else that I had no idea about the manager tried to argue with me that I knew about the frees and that they were discussed with me prior and he is absolutely wrong trust me I do not play about my money if I was told about these fees I would have never hired them he argued with me on the phone over and over to take my $1,300 I moved 2 bedroom sets and 5 tvs 15min apart for $1300!!!!! I would neverrrrrr in my life use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone absolutely ridiculous stay away!!!!!!

Criminals. We had a move from Boynton Beach out to Westlake and they were recommended by a realtor. Four people showed up to the move and one promptly disappeared and I never saw him again. The two men would best be described as gang members and were extremely scary looking. The woman looked addicted to something and was half-dead. We showed them around what needed moving. And they just stood around looking at each other. No plan. No leadership. For whatever reason... the woman kept commenting on how she smelled "weed" (she didn't... at least from us) and kept remarking how she'd like to "get some of that". Very trashy. They were extremely slow and completely unmotivated. Our 2 bedroom, 1200 sq foot condo took 9 hours for them to move. They way over-charged for some extra boxes we requested...and when we questioned the amount... the gang leader immediately called his supervisor and told him that they "had people who didn't want to pay" and that they would just stop working and hold our furniture hostage. Shocking. Garbage company. Garbage employees. Scammers. I tell everyone who will listen to avoid this disaster of a business.

Movers made it clear they wanted a tip in the first 10 mins. Quote was doubled at the end of the move. Very different experience from the last move. To top it off office customers service was disappointing and while voicing my issues and wanted overall clarity she hang up. I don’t recommend. Some items were damaged in the move.

Absolutely horrible experience. Never checked reviews, referred by realtor. Huge mistake. They priced the job then didn’t show up on the right day. Once they did show up, the truck was too small. Gets worse, once they finally got to new location they put incorrect items in storage even though clearly marked. Upon arrival at new home lost all TV remotes and refused to answer the phone after being well tipped. After they left, found they didn’t put furniture together and dumped boxes marked for storage in the corner of garage. Terrible company and everything bad moving experience rolled into one.

The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job packing and loading the truck for our long distance move. They were courteous and experienced with packing our stuff for our move.

I had your guys come to my 3 bedroom condo to completely pack it to make a long distance move. They showed up on time and were courteous, helpful, professional and timely. I am on the top floor and they also had to manually carry a huge sectional down the stairs because it didn’t fit in the elevator. I feel like the packed efficiently and with care. I highly recommend them for your move. Great job to all four guys ! Anthony, Zack and two others

I moved a few weeks ago. All they were to move was my bedroom and my living room set. I was quoted on the phone of 1-2 hours. In my head I assumed maybe even 2-3.1.5 hours in, they are still WRAPPING MY FURNITURE! Someone from the office named Andrew calls me to ask how things are going. I told him it was actually going very slow. He said well if you need anything call me back. Another hour goes by, my stuff isn't even on the truck yet. I call him and tell him. He then calls the drivers/movers (taking up more time) and tells them I complained that they're too slow and they need to hurry up. I know this because the mover in charge tells me they're gonna hurry up, and offloading will be much faster.Andrew called me back and said when they do the payment for me, he would offer me a discount.I was only moving a couple building over in the same community by the way. And again- just a bedroom set and living room set.Upon arrival at the new place, the other mover apologizes and says the people who quoted my over the phone don't really have any idea of how much things are or how the operations work, and that they told them that my new address was in the next town over. And that if he had known it was in the same community, they would have just padded my furniture instead of shrink wrapping everything, which is what took them the couple hours to do. He said because the shrink wrap was not necessary he took it off my bill. However, I was still charged for those hours that they took wrapping. I called Andrew again and said I was dissatisfied. He sounded very annoyed and said he would ask his general manager what they could do for me and would get back to me. He never called back or contacted me at all. Every day for the next week and a half I called asking for Tyler, the general manager, to which they keep telling me he is not in the office. But I leave messages and he doesn't call me back. I have also emailed them a few times. I never even signed the paperwork for this charge to my card- their movers signed everything. I will most definitely be pursuing further action. The price they charged my card was over $900!!!! To move right next door. And for hours of work that didn't need to be done. Ridiculous. Customer service is the worst.

Tried 4 times to get a quote to move. Each time, they asked for the same information, told me an estimator would get back to me, and they never did. You cant even give them business if you tried.

Absolutely horrible!! Went to book movers was told there is a promotion of 50 dollar deposit which was not true they charged me 100 dollars when I called back they said that’s not true and couldn’t offer any help except training for the representative that told me that.Absolutely disgusting and to top it off I was supposedly speaking to the general manager they don’t know how to treat customers.Untrustworthy company.
