The room we were in was not clean. After the appointment our dog's paws were completely black. There was also the needle disposal bin on the ground and open, which our dog could have easily gotten in to. My Girlfriend and I were treated like we were idiots that had no idea how to take care of an animal despite both of us working in the animal field. We were berated about giving our dog a dog food that was not a major brand name (i.e. purina) even though we have thoroughly vetted the food. We were also not consulted about any other vaccinations that our dog may have needed after just getting him. I had to mention that we wanted the canine influenza vaccine for him. They also questioned why we came in, despite adopting him a couple of weeks ago. After making that comment, we once again got ridiculed for not getting him in sooner. It really made no sense. Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience. We want better for our dog and ourselves.

Dr Oberto, Nelson and staff are amazing they have been taking care of our family for years and have always been caring and concerned with our pets best health. Can’t thank them enough.

Whenever i call them and go in for my puppy either if it's for international travel or anything else they help me right away and always are nice and cool.

I had already been planning to try a new vet, due to some opinion differences. They gave me a call stating the lab results that had shown negative on everything, were actually incorrect and that my dog was super sick I obviously got super stressed. I asked them what the next step would be to fix it, to which they responded nothing could be done today because the vet was sick and no one else could prescribe a treatment plan. I immediately called a new vet, who fit me and gave me everything to fix the issues. Additionally they agreed with my opinions in regards to my current and future animal care plans.

Very nice and professional staff. You can hear that they truly have love for the animals. Reasonably priced for those who don't have insurance on their pet.

Best vet I have taken my cat to. They were so helpful and gentle with him as he is very shy and timid. They informed me about issues he had with his teeth that no former vet had mentioned to me. So thankful for their helo and kindness and feel so much better about how I'm taking care of my baby!

I have been there a few times either taking my daughter’s cats and recently one of mine. I am very satisfied the people are extremely helpful and the Dr is very good. I recommend this veterinary office for all your pet’s needs.
