Was referred to AGI. Had to get rear view mirror in my mothers car fixed. The gentleman in office was very nice and professional. Made my appt and I came next day and within less than ten minutes. It was repaired. I am so thankful for their kind and courteous service. Very professional establishment and will definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you AGI !!

HAD NEW WINDSCREEN INSTALLED ON MY WIFES LEXUS. COMMUNICATION ERRORS BETWEEN I AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT ENDED UP WITH AFTERMARKET WINDSCREEN AND I WANTED FACTORY. SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS 100% THERE TO CORRECT ISSUE. I HAVE NEVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS GOOD AS THIS COMPANY. WHEN THINGS WERE NOT CORRECT THEY INSTANTLY MADE THEM CORRECT.
NO WORRIES ,TROUBLE FREE GLASS REPAIR. WILL NOT EVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THANK YOU AFFORDABLE GLASS.

Terrible service, pretty low class establishment. Ask if they are certified like SafeLite is beware I’m pretty sure none of them actually are. Owner seems like a druggie or alcoholic can’t decide.Service: Auto windshield repair

I will still give 5 stars because the job was done quickly and right but realistically it’s worthy of a 4 star review the windshield that was replaced was put in correctly but they left finger prints all over my brand new windshield and small specs of the black glass adhesive splotches on my hood of my freshly washed car which I also had to go buff out like the windshield apart from that they fit me in last minute and got the job done faster than estimated would use them again just next time hope they will have better attention to detail.

In my transition to move to Riviera Beach, FL I had one of suvs transported to the area. Well while driving some random persons took a like an ak type rifle and shot out my windows. Affordable Glass fixed them the next day. They were great to work with.

I used their service a month ago they did a very bad job and they ruined my head up display which became blurry and ghosted then today we made an appointment in ten days advance to replace the glass and when I arrived the dealership they treated me so unkind and rude, they were so disrespectful and they said they have another job and they have to reschedule, I came only 10 minutes late.. This is the worst company with full of unprofessional and rude people.. Stay away..

My insurance company recommended these people to replace my windshield on my Audi I waited all day for them to come and no one showed or gave an update until I call then they told me they had to reschedule because tech broke the glass while polishing when they finally showed up I wasn’t home but they had access to my car to work they cut my vin number out and then glued it back to the new windshield the broken my rear view mirror in the process and also cut my headliner on my car during the process and not say anything they just glued it back after they finish a few days after my windshield was leaking at the bottom that I never had before that never sealed properly I called and it took three days to get a hold of someone they came back and put silicone on it and that didn’t work I had to take it to Audi to have my windshield properly fixed I would never recommend any one to use they don’t know what they doingService: Auto windshield replacement

Needed to replace the windshield in my Mercedes and the dealership recommended Affordable. They worked it out with the insurance company and the work was done very quickly and cleanly. They switched over every single sticker - even the Sunpass transponder! - to the new part and everything seems fine. Recommend highly.
