Couldn't use the rental car out of state but the gentleman that works there was very helped us locate another rental car and dropped us off there. Extremely helpful will use them again.

We got exactly the car we booked on our reservation. It was clean and drove comfortable to our destination and back. The company was nice to pick us up ten minutes after waiting at the airport. I would rent from them again.

Nice people, clean car, not at main car rental area on Belvedere Blvd..about a mile east..but a better deal than the major rental companies! Sarah and Rashad were great!

Booked a van for the first time at Ace. However, during booking, the info said unlimited mileage and when signing I was told 100 miles a day for local renters. I was told it was in the fine print. Not the company's fault I think but it should be clearer. Very nice service at the counter though. Local renters be aware and ask questions.

Ive been a traveler for a long time, business and pleasure. This was the first time I've ever rented form 'second tier'. This trip was a hopsice situation I had to extend every day cause only God was setting schedule. These guys were easy to deal with and didn't hit me up with higer charges to extend like first tier. Same patient but earlier this year I had a first tier car and they actually had me return it instead of extending, when I got to the lot there were more cars than spaces and they were in side street- no explanation of why I had to return car to extend- but that a different review, you know who you are. Anyway, bottom line in PBI I will ALWAYS use ACE. Takes an extra couple minutes shuttle but these guys are great to deal with, great prices, and great cars.

Had a reservation with the Confirmation number # at the Ace rental car at 3000 S Dixie Highway, West palm beach, FL 33401 on May 17th - 20th. Went to pick up car and was told we was not allowed to take the car out of the State of FL. And was told it was written in the rental agreement. I read through the rental agreement and NO where did it read you couldn’t take their rental car from State to State!! So long story short we were put in a very bad predicament! Which messed up our schedule, our itinerary and paid trip reservations! I wouldn’t recommend this rental car business to my worst enemy!!

Ace Rent A Car was awesome. I made a last minute reservation with Ace for a mid sized SUV. I must admit that I had never used Ace before, and some of the online reviews were concerning. But, the price was right so I took my chances. The overall customer experience was excellent. The reviews must have been dated, or wrong. We showed up at the counter and Nelson took great care of us. No pressure to upgrade, and seeing that I had a group of five and their luggage to get to Boca, Nelson called up their largest, newest, midsized SUV. Travel is such a hassle these days. It was so refreshing to have such great experience with Ace. Looking forward to seeing you guys again next time.
