There was an unauthorized use of a card you said was a one time use from a company card that's not in my name and they are planning a fraud investigation so now you have to deal with that company. Thank you for your services.

My rental experience with this company has been nothing but great! Anytime I have had questions or concerns about my account, they are always willing to help me understand. The salesperson Micheal deserves a raise and a promotion. He is caring, customer friendly, and goes beyond the call of duty when assisting me with my account. Today marked my early buy-out date. Last week I spoke with Micheal to confirm the early buy-out date. He advised me. Then today reached out to me to remind me again, because he remembered our conversation last week, and knew I had planned on paying my account off in full by the deadline date. Who could ask for better customer service? The Customer Service here is top of the line. Everyone in the store are an amazing team!!! Keep up the good work, because good customer service is hard to come find nowadays.

I have been dealing with this place for years now Ronnie is a very nice person and his customer service skills are very good and helpful I recommend this place to all my friends I also tell them that if u pay ur bill on time u definitely won’t have a problem.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!! WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY- If you're looking for furniture do yourself a favor seek elsewhere... I ordered a rental sofa online from the Palm Springs store and was told a rep would contact me... they did not... I finally contacted them. They then told me the furniture I paid for was out of stock. I picked out a new set, and never heard back. When I called to see what the hold up was, they informed me that the second set was also suddenly out of stock. After picking a 3rd sofa set, the delivery people never showed. They then showed up un-announced when I wasn't home. Finally, after the third delivery attempt, they delivered the wrong sofa set, but since it was so difficult to receive furniture from these people, I settled for the ugly sofa they delivered. After one month, instead of mailing me a bill, a man showed up at my doorstep demanding payment... They expected me to pay a stranger who shows up at my door saying he works for Arona. I called the store and paid via phone because I wasn't giving payment or credit card info to some furniture hustler who shows up randomly looking for cash. That was the last straw for me, so I purchased my own furniture because I was done dealing with this ridiculous company. I called to request a pick up, and surprise surprise, they never showed up to take back their furniture, after keeping me waiting the entire day. So, the furniture is currently sitting outside on my porch... maybe when the "furniture hustler" comes for next month's payment, he can carry these ugly couches back to whichever part of hell they came from. I never write reviews like this... and I work in retail customer service, so I have patience when mistakes happen. But this place was a nightmare!!!! Each level of my experience with Arona was plagued with mishaps and errors- they'd apologize, but then they'd keep messing up over and over again. I can't believe I paid these people...they should have paid ME for putting up with this miserable experience. HEED my warning and spare yourself the aggravation.

People avoid this place like the plague they are ignorant wanna be thuggs who like to threaten women. The most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with have the nerve to speak to people like that cursing and all my sister will be wrighting a letter and calling the corporate office on Monday and the phone call was recorded on her iPhone so hope they try to deny it I almost had a right mind to have her file a police report for the threats that's a crime in the state of Florida people stay far away

My sister rented form here and was charged literally almost 5 times the value of the items this is nothing short of preying on the low income and price gauging they should be ashamed of them selves I brought her in cancelled her agreement now she's with rent a center paying less then half of her monthly bill for the same items but the items were actually new this place charges you 5xs value for used items smh I have written letters to BBB as well as Florida consumer affairs I'll update

Don't use this company. They harass you with phone calls even after you tell them you'll make payments and they feel it okay to harass your family and friends as well. I highly don't recommend using this company.

I am highly unsatisfied with my Aaron’s transaction. I bought a dresser and was mislead about the dresser’s mirror that was on display with it. NO WHERE did it say not included or a separate price for it shown. After 3 days of visiting the store, trying to speak to someone, as well as calling corporate, the manager finally gave me the mirror. That was April 2020. NOW!! I get a call that I owe $421.46 (Jan 2, 2021) for the dresser I’ve been paying monthly, BUT THE ORIGINAL COST WAS $439.34 - HOW DO I STILL OWN THE ENTIRE DRESSER?????????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!!!!!!
