They were nice enough to accomodate me on a short notice but the quality of the manicure felt like someone from middle school did my nails. Not even 3 days later my paint started chipping even with a gel polish.Service: Manicure

When you tell them its Groupon, they say they will price match instead. But still charge you a higher price than what Groupon shows even though you show them proof of price you pay. They put falsely higher prices to show you. Its a terrible scam. Oh and they will want you to use Zelle to a third party. So don't know who is pocketing the money. Another business scam in Miami. As for the pedicure, it was less than basics.

Truly lovely staff. Positive and warm people. Salon was cute enough visually. Issue I had was only with mani and pedi - it was literally cutting nails and cuticles and nail polish change. No water cream or massage for mani and no scrub, heel softener or cream for pedi. A relaxing nail polish change at best.Services: Manicure

I visited this place for a lash tint and lift. Worst decision! The woman that took “care” of me was on the phone through the service like it was her lunch break. She burned my lashes and lied about my lashes being short. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by giving me a discount. I have money, I don’t need a coupon! What I needed was to walk out looking better than before. Never coming back to this place after this! And ladies, DO NOT TRUST YOUR BEAUTIFUL LASHES TO A LIAR!! Please visit Deka Lash. It’s not cheap but you will not walk out looking like a grinch. I promiseService: Lash perms

I got full acrylic nails and a pedi. It took over 3 hours (way too slow). Then...after a week and a half, two nails popped off completely. I called the manager who told me it was because it was time for a refill. I've had acrylics for years and never have they just popped off. Manager said come in so she can see but says its normal and time for a refill. I was going to go in to show her, but why waste my time. I started looking at all my nails and they look as if they will pop off soon. I'm now worried that water can seep under the acrylic and cause a fungus. Waste of money.Services: Manicure

Using Groupon as a first time client appointment for a regular manicure and a regular pedicure (my hands nor feet were soaked) Luckily no one was getting their hair done because the hair station was about 2 feet away from the nail & pedicure chairs. Wish the chairs were more comfortable.

I got a Groupon for a mani / pedi at this location. The salon itself is cute and chic. The staff was not very welcoming but I gave it 4 stars based on Mayllelin, my nail tech, she was fantastic. She did a thorough and detailed gel mani and pedi. Whenever I am in Miami I will absolutely come back to her.

The only thing I will say is they are genuinely really sweet women that work there. But, besides that, I paid 105 to get my nails done excluding tip and my nails did not come out anywhere near what I expected :/ One of my nails is completely crooked and although the woman attending me was very nice, she did not do a great job at the marble design I asked for... Also, I asked for a very square shape and the square came out somewhat rounded? which also disappointed me a lot. I wish I could’ve liked them because they offer great service in terms of how nice and friendly they are to be around. But these nails did not make me happy and I felt bad letting the lady know. :( The purple nails are what I asked for in blue but I got those that I haveService: Acrylic nails

Hi. I’ve had my nails done at this location about 5 times and I mainly have chosen to go because I would use Groupons and the staff that is very welcoming and nice. Unfortunately, every time I get my gel manicures and regular pedicures it begins to chip early but I have not complained to them because i don’t like to be that person. I did dip nail polish because they recommended it would help because of my nails being a little weaker lately and it broke in half the next day! I called and they blamed it on my nails being weak which is not an excuse because I’ve been doing gel for over 6 months with weaker nails at different locations and they have never cracked in ONE day they have even lasted me 2 weeks having weak nails! I did not complain because I feel bad doing that since these women are such nice people. I called at 10 am nicely requesting if they could fix just 1 nail and they were saying that they don’t have appointments until 2pm, I then go and refer a friend and she calls to make an appointment and they tell her that she can come in whenever she wants. So you’re telling me that you have time to do someone’s manicure and pedicure but you can’t get one of the girls that work for you to do one nail???? They are nice women but when it comes to helping their customers in regards to a mistake on their end (which can happen to anyone) they change their personality and I really didn’t expect that from them because I honestly just wanted to get one nail done. They said it had to be the same lady which is false because anyone can fix one nail, I’ve done it before without being charged. I am so upset with their response to this situation that I refuse to use a coupon they gave me for a free service and rather stay with my half cracked nail polish until I can afford paying someone else and avoid this experience again. I feel horrible writing this review but looking at other reviews from other people regarding similar situations about nail polish cracking early and fixing nails if the nail polish comes off early I find myself relating to them. Therefore, I feel that this has to change if they want their business to grow. Everyone learns from their mistakes.Service: Manicure

I was impressed with this piece of heaven I found on 8 St. The salon is relaxing, clean and the perfect place for a Mani., Pedi. Maritza is nice and professional. My hands and feet looked amazing. All her products are top-shelf. It's the perfect place to get pampered.Thank You,JulieServices: Pedicures

Went to this place July of last year with a Groupon I bought. Nothing special about the place, even had to pay extra, but the stylist did a good job. So when I saw a Groupon for them again, I decided to go again. NO WHERE on the Groupon does it say first time customers only. I've been buying groupons forever, and I know some places are like that. It even said "can be repurchased every 180 days". So I call to make my appointment, tell them I had a Groupon, lady asks if I've been there before, I said yes. She then tells me groupons are for first time clients only, but she made my appointment anyways and said she would "work with me", but I should still try to cancel the Groupon. I explained to her if it said anything on the Groupon about first time customers only, I never would have purchased it, and just gone without one. So I leave work early, rush to the salon, and they tell me AGAIN, the Groupon was for new customers only, and that the stylist that was there was not a "Groupon stylist" that I would have to "call another day to make an appointment with a stylist that would take my Groupon". Mind you, an empty salon, not like they were swamped and trying to accommodate me. Here's my issue with these people. Wasted my time by telling me to come in and that they would work with me. Did nothing of the sort, rather they thought it was better business to not even offer a solution, such as give me a credit for what I paid for the Groupon and charging me the difference of whatever I was having done, which is what I assumed "work with me" meant. Not having their Groupon advertised and worded ACCORDINGLY as to not waste peoples time, instead of making their own rules as they go along, and hope people buy their Groupon, then tell them to cancel it, like they tried to get me to do. Telling me to "call another day" for another stylist who takes Groupons. Wtf does that even mean? Come another day and let someone they clearly don't value to do my hair, lol?! Long story short, and needles to say, I complained to Groupon and got a full refund, not bucks. Considering this place is a hole in the wall nothing, empty both times I've gone, you would think they would hold onto a customer, especially one that is actually returning. Very rude, very unprofessional. Don't even waste your time going there. Lost me as a customer, and I will never again recommend them to anyone. Clearly they didn't get the memo about word of mouth.
