I was informed by a co-worker this placed served the BEST batido de mamey anywhere and she was right, it was extremely delicious and satisfying however, the way it was made, left much to be desired.It is a semi-open fresh fruit market and cafeteria mix and it was generally clean and organized however, the girl who prepared the batido for me was shockingly NOT using gloves. I watched her the whole time I was waiting, both in disgust and curiosity, how she prepared the batido without gloves on and one one point, took a piece to "taste the quality of fruit" (something like that I heard her say to her co-worker). And, in a moment of automatic reflex, she scratched her right butt cheek pants for a couple of seconds.Yes, I should have left but I was already waiting for a while and was dying to taste this highly recommended drink. Ironically, after all of that, the batido lived up to its hype as it was extremely delicious and satisfying on a hot Miami day. Oh well!

This place is great. Fresh and well priced produce. You can get a whole roasted chicken for like 5 bucks or less. The food is good and cheap too.

I absolutely loved this place from outside and inside, so much so I took U-turn to be there with my family :-)Very rightly priced and great range of fresh fruits, juices. They also have some veggies and snacks.
