Gray shirts in here are all young punks that know nothing about cars or tools and are extremely uneducated and need customer service training this place is terrible now will be leaving 100% for New Jersey down the street,they have lifetime warranty on tools for duralast however they gave me extremely hard time until I said I'd call HR moral is go somewhere else

THANK YOU ALEX!With a family of disabled people when your only car breaks down and your on a budget its stress full. Alex, the manager at Auto Zone SW 8st West Miami, not only dedicated himself to help me with my specific issues but assisted me in finding the best solution at the best price possible. I was so stressed but seeing someone care and see your situation was an incredible help in calming me down. I couldn't have don't it with out his help. This email should have gone out 2 weeks ago but imagine no car during Christmas. Alex, thank you not only did you help me but you where still able to give instructions to your employees and help attend other customers, I give you kudos in a world that good caring customer service is rare. Again, thank you from my entire family!

Enrique helped me change my car battery and I’m so thankful to him! I was stressed and worried but with his help I got a great battery with 3yrs warranty and he replaced mine on the spot! I was off to work in no time, a big thank you to Enrique for your professional help :D

While being an AutoZone the employee nicely told us to get out of the store because they can’t do a battery check, because apparently it was closing and it is 6:29pm. even though our vehicle is in front of the door and they we’re asking 50 bucks just to help. Customer service was really bad.

I came to scan my car. I have the check engine light on, they told me that they are not providing service because the scanner is broken. Is this company's advertising misleading? I see several reviews here that have to do with that topic.
