Walgreens is a World Class Pharmacy always delivering me superior customer service with value added everytime I call and/or visit this Pharmacy. Most specifically, the Walgreens Pharmacy located on 3090 West New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida, 32904. This specific Walgreens, not only has the best hours in all of Brevard County, but the best staff as well. The Pharmacy is led by Pharmacist, Mohamed, who is the best Pharmacist I've ever had, in addition to two extremely talented Pharmacy Technicians Shea and Shanell. I've been a Pharmacy Technician for Walgreens, as well as Publix in the past and once aspired to be a full-fleged Pharmacist. Walgreens always meets my needs anywhere in the world I go, even during my vacation to Puerto Rico this past December of last year. I highly recommend Walgreens for meeting and exceeding all of your Pharmaceutical needs!

I recently went to the store to the photo department to get some photos enlarged for a funeral and without a wonderful employee named Rick I never would've been able to get through it. I would've went somewhere else to a professional Photoshop. I really suggest using this stores, great employee, Rick for all your photo needs.

Was ignored for over 20 minutes on the drive thru. Worst customer service ever. Could have at least acknowledged me and said it'll be a few minutes before we can get to you.

Went in to get prescription. Gave them the insurance card they said 30 minutes to 1 hr. Hour and half later still no prescription and this is enter my insurance information. So handed them the same card and they entered the information correctly the second. Add another 1/2 hour having to sit there and watch just to get them to start my prescription and however long after that to get the prescription. Why did they not start it on drop off like they said they would. Never again on this Walgreens.

Dropped off two prescriptions when they opened this morning after having surgery. No call all day. Call them six hours after dropping off the prescriptions only to be told they are not contacted with my insurance. Had they told me this six hours ago I could have gone elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

We have been going here for years, it is no worse than most retail places... I think better. Every one is working hard these days... short staffed because people won't take the jibs. Things always get done right in the dnd.

Avoid transferring any type of prescription here that requires the doctor issue a whole new prescription. The pharmacy staff that is often mentioned in these reviews seems to have a vendetta against people with certain health conditions, and tries to intervene in the relationship between you and your doctor by denying you your medication.They delay your prescription and make you call them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They tell you that there are shortages and they’re out of stock. Then if you tell them that you’re already a week behind and you’re just trying to follow doctors orders, they’ll give you less than a month’s supply. Then when you try to refill your prescription 20 days later, they will berate you for not understanding the complexities of health insurance that lead to you only being able to get ONE 30 day prescription every 30 days! I’m months into this mess and I think Walgreens corporate clearly needs to come in to fire this pharmacy manager ASAP. This person’s unprofessional behavior is a serious detriment to healthcare.

Never had an issue here. OTC meds/treatments/remedies, those hard-to-find watch batteries, last-minute flowers, even the pharmacy, we like this place a lot.

Hey, please don’t hate on the Pharmacists because they do the best jobs they can. They have hundreds of people’s prescriptions to keep track of. Other workers there are doing their best too, so if you come in with a bad attitude, don’t take it out on them. Plain and simple.

Asked about stuffed animals that were down the toy isle that said 60% off and the employee delisha was super rude about it. She walked up to the register with an attitude and proceeded to not only be rude to my mother and I but to the other people who were in line for checkout. It was as if she was annoyed to be helping her co worker check people out.
