Use caution. Ups store charged me almost $30.00 due to Amazon return. What a scam. Without too much detail, . Amazon said that I had to return in any box. Did not have original box but item almost completely covered in box that was packed in.
Amazon said no problem UPS will take it no matter how I took it to the UPS store. UPS store said nope, postage 29$ plus cause they had to partially somewhat box it. UPS said call Amazon and likely they will approve the package shipping amount! Wow…really…. Great customer service??? Sadly, I had to call Amazon again after numerous calls the past 2 days. So I paid out of pocket and will get reimbursed for item I never wanted to return that was no longer available or parts. The item will be trashed anyways. Did not get the point in sending it back. Recently , I was told UPS stores are doing this now. Fact check…Yep! Should not have believed Amazon customer service about the packing. Should have taken to my local place where it would have been handled and not cost me.

I was having problems printing the return label for a blouse I had ordered from Ralph Lauren. Alex, at the UPS store, In spite of being busy during rush hour, was extremely helpful and patient in assisting with my problem. We were finally able to successfully return my blouse.
Thank you, Alex and UPS. I have always had such a good experience with your services.

Do not mail from UPS. And do not pay for the insurance is useless. Dealing with UPS has been a nightmare. I should have read the reviews first. My package was never delivered. it was marked damage and discarded. The reason why was broken glass. I didn't mail broken glass. The package I mailed was filled with children's clothes. clothes for my grandchildren. after filing the claim it was denied. The claim was denied because of broken glass CONTAINERS OF DRINK. After calling the store, claims department, and The shipping people. No one could help me or provide pictures to show proof that my package was so-called had container of drinks and broken glass. After reading reviews this happens a lot. UPS will steal your packages. damage it out as broken glass. UPS is a scam. UPS owes me $820.35. If this isn't a scam then the store put on the wrong shipping label. And my packages with children's clothes is with the person who was expecting a container of drinks. I am highly disappointed in how UPS is handling the situation. I paid for insurance so something like this wouldn't happen. what's the point of insurance if my claim keeps getting denied. my insurance is useless. I spent $754.43 on clothes for my grandchildren. $65.92 on insurance. when submitting my claim online it gave me a different price of how much I spent on insurance. so that lets me know that some where my label was wrong. Or put on the wrong box. If that's not the case in the end my package was stolen like I thought and UPS is a scam.

They are quick even if the line is long. They have made it very easy for me to do a return to Amazon. They also have stamps and boxes and everything else I need for shipping.

Blue haired lady was very rude, didn’t say hi, didn’t let me speak and instantly started telling me to go to the post office. Once she listened and let me tell her that the USPS label I was holding was part of the product (a sneak peek gender test, which if someone is returning such an item maybe they should have a little compassion) and I had an Amazon return code FOR UPS - she didn’t say sorry. Why are we so aggressive?
Next to me another woman was talking down to a man who was doing his best to combat a language barrier by using his phone after she made no attempt to understand what he was asking.
Two stars for scanning my package and sending it to the right place I guess.

The lady was very rude. She didn’t greet me upon entering or when I said hello. She just pointed to the area to bring the box without a word. The gentlemen that walked in after me was greeted friendly. So not sure what her problem is, but horrible customer service and sexist. I will not be using this location again in the future. I’ll gladly drive further or take packages to USPS to avoid this.

They charge $2 for a piece of tape, and $5 to print a label. Went across the street to FedEx, and FedEx doesn't charge for either.
