Marcelo and his team looked at my AC and discovered the dealership hadn't plugged the compressor in good when they replaced my engine so it just needed to be plugged in. They could have easily said I had a broken compressor and charged me anyway. Multiple people in the lobby said that's why they come here, because of that very reason. Nick was so personable and even helped my son save money by letting him know he could do the job on his car, rather than bring it into a shop. Nick probably saved my son at least $500 or more. “Outstanding customer service and repair! They return your calls and charge a reasonable price. We took our truck to multiple places and they couldn't fix it and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Then we took it to Transmasters and they worked hard to figure out what was wrong, and they fixed it. They kept us informed on everything they were doing and the cost of it.

“I don't know what is up with the few bad reviews. My experience was freakin' great! I had a classic car project to move to another location and it has no drivetrain in it. Luke knew exactly what I wanted and totally took care of me. Showed up on time, great communication, put the car into my garage bay perfectly. This car is lowered pretty radically and paint is all finished. Not a single problem. Luke used some tools to raise the angle of the dangle and got the car on and off without issue. “The sole operators of this company are husband and wife - no other employees. I needed a tow 3 miles away from my destination and since my Triple A covers up to 100 miles, I didn't want to waste one of my four uses on this issue today. The couple was cheery on the phone and just as warm in person. They were very sympathetic towards not just my car issue but a personal issue that I disclosed while we were striking up small talk. The last thing I should point out is price. Now, Luke's Towing and Rachel's Towing both didn't even answer their phones (Google had them listed as open), while Premiere Towing wanted $75 just for the hook up and I tuned out the rest of whatever charges they wanted as they already were too much in comparison to X-Bones. X-Bones will beat the price of local towing. I strongly urge you to support this nice couple in their business endeavor if you are in need of towing.Edit: Another point that I missed. They told me 45-60 minute wait and while I don't remember exactly how long I waited, I know they arrived within 30-ish minutes. Just another reason to support their business.”
