Great experience at this location, never had a bad experience. Each member I have interacted with over the last year wanted to leave a really good review. I did have a lady recently when I went to go find a new perfume scent. She helped me out a lot. I love going to the Sephora over the other location in Viera as they're more tentative to my needs. I just wish that they had more of a selection like the other freestanding Sephora but kudos to the staff as they're always very helpful.

I love this Sephora and I love LAURA! I eloped in May and planned to do my makeup on my own. Feeling overwhelmed, I went into Sephora and asked for help. Laura spent over an hour helping me find the right shades and showing me how to apply it. AND she managed to assist others while helping me. She's unreal. I went into my wedding day feeling confident and everything looked great thanks to her help.

If I could give it no stars I would, purely on my interaction. I brought an item in to exchange, not return exchange. The manager (assuming it was the manager because she was delegating tasks and training, red dyed hair as of this post) refused. Said it was after 30 days. Which is completely false I asked are you sure? She said yes the system won’t let me. Tossed my item at me and said this is for you. I contacted Sephora customer service. And return window is 60 days. I was well within my window as I was 31 days from purchase. I filed a complaint with Sephora. But they can’t return an item online purchased in store. So I’m stuck with a product that broke me out. Even though customer service was supposed to be contacting her to let me return, I don’t feel comfortable going in after being treated like that. I’ll travel the distance next time and shop in Viera.

Went to this Sephora for a couple of items, no customer service whatsoever, I was in the store for quite some time, nobody asked me if I needed any assistance. When I finally got to the checkout I asked the girl about a particular item that seemed to be sold out, she did not care to look if they had any in stock nor did she offered me that they would be able to order it. I spend $125,, the girl at the register asked me if I would like a sample. First of all, I spend $125 dollars and you’re going to ask me if I would like a sample???? Who would say no to a sample after spending that much money??? Second the sample was the worse sample I’ve ever received!! It was a face cleanser filled in a little tub, enough for one wash!!! Just unbelievable!!What happened to good customer service??? Worse service ever!!! And worse samples!! Not going back to spend my money there!!

To future potential employees:I had a really good job interview with Laura a few weeks ago. It went really well and basically felt like I was going to get the role of a part time beauty advisor. I was super excited and promised to move on to a second interview and would get a call by the end of the week. I felt like I definitely deserved this role since I have my bachelors degree and a cosmetology license that I went to school for a year to achieve. After a week I didn’t hear back so I called to speak with Laura. I left a message with one of the Sephora employees and never got a call back. A few days passed and I called and Laura actually answered. I asked her if there were any updates to getting that second interview. She was very sweet and was thankful for my call. She said she had a few more people to interview but would definitely be calling me by the end of the week and said, “she would see me soon.” Again a few days past and I checked my email and got an email from kohls saying they decided not to move on with me on the second interview process. I called Sephora again to speak with laura just to double check there wasn’t an error in sending me the email and she was not in. The Sephora employee took my name and number and promised Laura would call me back. It’s been 5 days and no call back. I feel that it is really unprofessional not to even call back a candidate and just be HONEST with me. She made me feel like I basically got the job and promised a call back for a secondary interview and then I got ghosted.I just wanted to touch base with Laura to ask what could I have improved on? Did they need more days for me to work? If so I would have spoken to my husband about getting a babysitter for my two babies under the age of 3 to watch them and I would have said I’ll give you more hours than the weekends. I wanted this job very badly and believed I was the perfect candidate for it with my passion for Sephora and the product knowledge I have for their products.The Sephora is absolutely beautiful inside kohls and I saw they did carry a great variety of high end make up lines.I will be stopping by on the future to purchase my Beauty products there so i don’t have to drive all the way to viera.But just wanted to let any future employees know if they are looking to interview there my experience.

Clean, easy to find stuff, amazing variety! Perfectly set up to make you just want to dive in! Lol I took that picture because its rare to find dolce gy dolce and gabana in stores anymore but they had it!

If I could give it a zero I would! The attendant there was absolutely atrocious. I will never shop there again. I walked the 50 feet down to ULTA.

Attendants were very unhelpful. Just stood around and talked to each other on Black Friday! When I did ask about an item she told me to order it online and did not offer to check any other locations.

The attendant who assisted me was super sweet and took time out from what she was doing to locate a product that I've been looking for, as it normally sells out.I have a few favorite products from Sephora but the Mascara is absolutely fantastic!
