“MI-BOX is local company providing a quality service at a reasonable rate, the owners are local people just like all of us, do yourself a favor and use a Local company who work hard and provide a great service. here'san example of great service, I called to have MI-BOX picked up the day before it was to charge the monthly rate, Jennifer the owner called the other owner ;her husband' and he made the time to pick up the box so my account wouldn't be charged, who does that. a local taking care of a local. And if he wasn't able to get she said she would only charge half the monthly rate. Definitely recommend them for your storage needs, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again”

I leave lots is reviews and am very honest about my experiences. We had just moved to the area and knew we were going to need a storage for a while. We live in our Class A diesel pusher RV full time. The last location we were based out of had a storage shed we kept a few overflow items in. Things like holiday cooking supplies, soap making kit, car cleaning supplies and other odd and ends.
When we moved here our new lot didn’t have an outdoor shed but we are allowed to have one. But looking, the price of new sheds I could utilize this Public Storage for almost a couple years.
It is close. It’s in a covered location which comes in handy when it’s raining. They treat for insects. It’s insured. They have great hours. It’s clean. The owners live onsite.
When we first tried getting the small unit online there was some issues but calling the owner she fixed us up right quick and even found us a better rate.
We are going to be here for a number of years. I think I’m just going to keep the storage just so I don’t have to move my items again then if we either decide to move I’m not stuck with a shed and having to move everything again or we end up in a house again down the road and have to move it twice.
They also did notify us they were going to be cleaning and repainting the doors. And while they said there shouldn’t be any internal overspray they did offer and we used the complimentary plastic to cover our items.
We are renting a small 5x6 unit. It’s easy access. The hours are 6am to 10pm. We use the app for remote access, it’s Bluetooth so you need to be within about 10 foot to work.
I’d recommend this location for anyone looking for a safe storage location. The owners care about their location. And it’s probably less than a mile for me. So that’s a bonus.”

I have to tell you for the last year during all my surgeries Jenn at Public Storage has been there for me. When I forget to send my payments I get a call from Jenn. When I needed any form of help Jenn was ALWAYS kind enough to guide me in the right direction (related to my storage). When my movers bailed on me, early last year Jenn observed me panicking historically behind Public Storage gate Jenn offered assistance and advice that help me remarkably complete my task. After Covid no one has patience or customer service skills any more. It is a pleasure going to Public Storage and observing Jenn smiling face with kindness as she speaks to me (my drive was over two to six hours sometimes). Trust me after being on the road that long a simple smile makes your day. Jenn is the kind of employee who goes over and above just because it’s in her heart. Keep up the EXCELLENT work Jenn! You are definitely destined for great things to come. Your kindness has kept me at Public Storage this long in spite of the frequent raises. Thank you for being you and not like the rest (short patient, rude, and no sympathy). You are one of a kind. ????”
“HJ(from Babcock location) was covering late Friday night at the end of the month and it was so busy! She helped all of the customers and answered all of their questions and was so pleasant to work with. She helped me transition my unit and also answered the many questions I had as well. She offered help and follow-up, even though my location isn’t her building. I would love to have her at my location permanently!”

“It was time for me to get a storage unit to hold items I want to take when we leave Florida but that I need out of the house as I get the house ready to sell next year. I searched locations near me, and MiniU was the most convenient, which I already knew as I have driven past it nearly every day for 17 years. I figured that if MiniU did not offer great service, they would not still be in business. So I started with a visit there today and I now know why they are still in business after all these years.
Great people with great customer service! They listened to my needs and answered all my questions. I was given a tour of an available 10x10 interior unit. The unit was a perfect match for my needs - perfect interior location and immaculate. The whole facility is safe, secure, clean, well maintained, with an excellent staff.
Very competitively priced, too. I saw lots of deals on the websites of other locations, but I knew those were temporary. I just wanted a fair monthly price for a clean, climate controlled unit in a storage facility where I felt safe to come by myself. MiniU offered all that, plus a special deal, and I only have to drive about 10 minutes down 192 to get there. Highly recommend!”

“MBM Enterprises Saved the Day! We were faced with the nearly impossible challenge of moving two businesses in three days with nearly no notice. On top of that one of the days we had to move was in the middle of a holiday weekend! Thankfully we had recently spoken with MBM Enterprises about moving some equipment for us and it turns out they were able to do the entire move—quickly, professionally and under budget! With two businesses that needed relocated we had a variety of retail fixtures, heavy equipment and fragile inventory. MBM Enterprises took care of everything! We had tried other movers in the past and even going with the same company you may get varying results but that’s what was great about MBM - they were consistently excellent! We had the same crew for each move and by the last day we were practically friends.
