Had the headlights cleaned due to a fogging issue. Cleaning was completed and cheap. However the wrong left headlight stopped working the next day(hasn't been out for 2 years). Spent 4 days calling the location to resolve the problem but no one picks up the phone. And after a while it goes to a call center in India. And they were of zero help. I gave up and took it to a local mechanic.
Note: Staff are friendly.

Ordered 4 tired due to flat tires on Saturday paid online. Someone cancelled for me, I called in they are very rude said i need to wait. Then after a minute some dude came up and said I need to go in and check out even my tires are flat. Lol never gonna use this Sam’s location for tire service.

Store on 192 in W. Melbourne, tire service from Robert and Bobby (& there was another Hispanic middle age guy) they were all very friendly and excellent service. 25 minute turn around to install 4 tires.

We ordered two tires, and were told they'd be in 5 days later. We called to check the status, and were told that the tires were in, but that they could not put the two tires on our car until 15 days after we purchased them. We had to take the tires somewhere else to get them put on our car. Ridiculous.

I needed to get a new card since mine expired. I stopped at 8am only to be told I may not enter since I didn't have my card on my person. After explaining it was expired and I didn't have it with me, I was denied entry. Told, this morning was for members with a plus account. I said I had a business account but only wanted to renew. Denied entry. I guess the greeter need to understand consumer experience. Costco and BJ's will treat me as a valued customer.

I specifically bought tires at Sam's club because of the road hazard and roadside assistance they offer with purchase. I currently have a flat tire due to a nail. I called to see if they could squeeze me in today to patch the tire. I get told they can't get me in until Saturday due to short staff (it's Tuesday). They also couldn't reach anyone for roadside assistance after being on hold for 15 mins. Luckily I'm at home, but if I was stranded somewhere I'd be livid! Why offer and advertise a service if you're just going to leave your customers stranded. I literally only renewed my membership for this reason alone incase something happened. Considering I'm a single female and don't have help readily available at all times.

Forget about TPMS service. They sell the Schrader sensors 33500 ONLY, those are rated for low speed, but they sell high-performance tires. So I bought the 33700 from Amazon wich only difference is the metal stem instead of the rubber ones(the electronic part is the same), the tire center principal didn't accept to program those and he was noticeably angry that I proposed "such an idea" and his answer were rough. So I searched for the store manager whom "attempted" to activate one of my sensors and without more ceremony said that "our scanner doesn't catch your sensor, sorry". I don't believe that. In the end I had to buy their tires anyway with my old spent sensors, because I had no more time to look for other options.

Curbside pick up is a breeze! I highly recommend it. They were super quick! The stuff was in a box to make it easier to load. The lady was super nice. I had a pick up time, and they were out within two minutes of me being there. I've been in the store as well, it is organized nice. It has always been very clean and the staff has been nice and friendly.

A great place to shop and get gas This location is right off the south side of US-192 sandwiched right next to a large movie theater. There is a gas station right up front by the road. If you have a membership you can get gasoline often at a very good discount. There may be lines but it is worth the wait with gas prices as high as they are. The store proper has plenty of parking in front and a tire/automotive part on the west side of the building. They will deliver to your car. Those spaces are adjacent, near the front but to the west side (Right as you face the front of the building). The store itself is typical of many Sam's clubs with large shelves stored with everything from TVs to food. They often give away promotional snacks to advertise different food items that are available. The prices are very reasonable for most items with the understanding that you are buying in bulk. Checkout is either self-service or a check-out person. There is a small snack bar after checkout if you are hungry for pizza, sodas, or other items. Overall, it is a very nice store, well-kept and clean, with reasonable prices and friendly staff.

The associate I spoke with about my tires was very rude and kept denying that I did tire rotations even though I had the papers with me and wouldn’t let me speak at all. I regret buying tires from here. I’d rather go to Discount Tires.
