Our windshield got a curving crack from a rock impact. Scott at the Melbourne location did an amazing job! He replaced our windshield, even carefully moved our SunPass from our old windshield to our new one. Fast, super courteous, and we could not be happier.

If i could give this place less than 1star I would. Kyle is the most unprofessional technician. He shows up 2 hours early and proceeds to be pissed because I wasn't there. My service window was between 12-1600(4:00PM). Why would I be home at 10? Are people supposed to be waiting around just in case? He then proceeds to argue, yes actually argue with me, over the phone. I'm not surprised. It's usually the people in the wrong who have the most audacity. I called the shop and they hung upon me. I'm glad for my insurance company quickly rescheduling me and rejecting the invoice they sent over. I would not recommend this place to a person I hated. Go elsewhere.

Really wish I never scheduled an appointment
More damage is caused to my Audi then the crack I wanted repaired! Can’t see through the new windshield some kind of fog or film, windshield wipers no longer work, rearview mirror was not reinstalled so it’s laying in my console, washer fluid won’t spray, leaks well raining inside ! Can’t even reach anyone until Tuesday due to work done on Friday and holiday weekend so I’m sure 4 days later the damage will be more ? original service 8/30/24
Was scheduled 8am - noon 9/3/24 for resolution no one showed up or called nothing!!!

I am so happy with the results! The customer service was amazing, It was the best I have ever experienced, and there was air conditioning which amazing as well!

I paid for my sons windshield to be replaced. They didn't show up the first appointment. Rescheduled and they did not show up again and they want to charge an extra 85 dollars after i paid the quote in full. DO NOT USE SAFELITE

Technician was professional however he broke part of windshield wipers and it's taken my efforts to remind them of it. It's been 3 weeks with no action from the Technician or safelite company.

Donald and Miguel did a great job. I was 10 mins early and they got my key from me to get started promptly. I'm happy with the job and communication was clear the entire way. Only downside was my receipt said that my car was vacuumed out when it wasn't so that was a big bummer but I'm not mad about it. Thank you to everyone! Cover in the waiting area made me happy too.

Made an appointment with a time of 8am-5pm just to no show, twice. There is no professionalism at this location. Go anywhere else if you value your time because they dont.

Check the reviews before going. Lesson learned.
Seal around windshield not sealed correctly.
Windshield wipers installed on incorrectly.
Windshield wiper fluid line not hooked back up.
Called customer service and was told a manager isn’t in so they can’t schedule a tech to come out and fix the issue.
My car needs to be brought back in because the “computer” won’t let them schedule mobile service due to the vehicle needs.

My appointment was booked for 7am and was told to get to the shop 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I arrived and no one was in the front and the doors were locked. I waited until 7am and still nothing. I saw the guys working in the garages, and all they did was point a finger of “one minute.” I waited even longer and still nothing. I went in the garage to find someone as I have been waiting for 30 minutes now. They walked away when they saw me coming and I went into the garage looking for help. They brushed me off saying someone would come up and help me. Waited some more and someone finally let me inside. Come to find out the part they needed wasn’t in and they canceled my appointment without even bothering to tell me. Terrible customer service and experience!

Donnie and the lady up at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. They guided us toward my preferred replacement versus a repair. Very personable. Definitely recommend this location. Give Donnie a raise ??

Avoid this place at all costs! Went there twice this week to get windshield replaced. After waiting around 20 or 30 minutes for our original appointment we were told that they just then had inspected the new windshield and found it was scratched and couldn’t be used. Many apologies and new appointment was made with assurances that the windshield would be inspected in advance next time. Called this morning to verify and they called back to say all was good and to come over but maybe an hour later than the appointment time because they were so busy. Got there and waited around another 20 minutes only to have a technician come out and tell us AGAIN that the replacement windshield was scratched. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The incompetence at this place is unmatched! Obviously we will take our business elsewhere now.

Let's call this a MINUS one star. The customer service stinks!!! After FIVE different tries, I chose another company. One technician came out to replace and decided he couldn't do it by himself "unless you want a buckle in the middle." After that try, they sent it immediately back to the factory and didn't call to reschedule. When I called, they were RUDE and acted as if I had done something wrong by not having the technician replace it when he said he couldn't. The next windshield arrived and they notified me, scheduled a time, but didn't say I needed to come in for the replacement. When I called after the appointment time was past, I was told (again, very rude) THEN that I needed to come in. I asked when I could come in and they said the windshield had been returned and another one would have to be reordered. I think they need to work on better organizational skills, more respectful communication, and BETTER SERVICE altogether.
