This location lacks sense of urgency. Difficult to find helpful assistance. Lines at register are often long and nobody comes to back up register until the line is extremely long. Associates walk by customers and don’t acknowledge guests. It’s a shame. The atmosphere is like the employees are bothered to help guests. It’s really sad given the current climate and that have the choice to give my business to another retailer. I will do just that and drive further because my perception is that they don’t want to make money or hit goals.

Prompt time of service. Very sweet to my dog.
When quoted about getting a Boardtella for grooming she said I didn't need it which in fact I did. Ok not a problem...
The tech was in training which I have no problem with that, everybody needs to start somewhere.But she had no idea how to hold my dog during an exam. He's 5 lbs. Every time she didn't know something, she had to leave.The room come back which was several times.
She wasn't focused, She was bouncing all over the place with information and I received wrong information. So I call just to tell them on my behalf that Yes , the dog does need a bordetella when it goes for Grooming and the manager then argued with me on such information.
Completely unprofessional. I was trying to help them out with information...she was rude.
When I was leaving They closed for lunch, a woman with standing there.Asking a question about when they'll be back They couldn't be bothered to answer her due to the fact that he needed Go stuff their face.

$120 for one rabies vaccine not to mention it wasn’t even a 3 year vaccine but they said they could’ve done the 3 year for same price?? Bunch of scam artists here. Go to an actual vet or learn how to administer yourself
