If I could give it zero stars, I would do it! This site is a scam for the most dishonest people when doing their job. A bill of 1400 dollars and our car was not even fixed!!. they gave me my car dripping with oil when they delivered it they filled it under it with sand to hide the drip!!! We paid and stopped at the gas station there we noticed the big drip that it still had. We went back to make the claim and they told us that to repair that we had to pay 500 dollars more! ... this is a joke we said!! Wow! What unethical people thinking that we take money from a tree. Very dishonest and very abusive. I never go back to this place!!!

I cannot even imagine how these people sleep at night. DO NOT TAKE GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! Very dishonest people!!!! My car didn’t even get fixed!!!!! Bad business!!!! I will never take my car here again!!!!!

I went to Morels to check out why my airbag dash light was on. Everyone there was so professional yet personable and kind. Jorge was my technician. I was so impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He took the time to personally explain the situation to me. And I felt comfortable with the outcome. I don't want to have car problems but if I do you can be sure I will go to Morels to have it fixed. I highly recommend this business.

Today I was at Morel's Auto Repair with problems with my brakes and an oil leak.
I did not make an appointment to repair my vehicle and the best of all were the prices and time because the entire work was very fast and effective.

I found Morel's after an absolutely terrible experience at Toyota of Melbourne–brought in car for a tire rotation, but they didn't do anything and had the nerve to lie about it.When I took the car in, I thought there was an issue with my transmission, but it turned out to be the wheel bearing. A dishonest business (like Toyota of Melbourne) would have lied and scammed their customers for the higher priced but unnecessary job. However, Morel's was upfront about the work that needed to be done and their pricing was very reasonable. They did an amazing job on my brakes, the bearings, and an oil change. They promised I'd be happy with their work and they were absolutely correct. The next day I drove from Florida straight through to Boston with no problems. Hundreds of miles later, the car drives beautifully. I highly recommend this place.Morel's thank you for being thorough and honest!Services: Oil change

I came upon Morel’s auto repair quite by accident. My destination was to a different auto repair business which was closed. I would soon learn that this was my lucky day because I was in need of service and I decided to walk into Morels to see if they could assist. I met Giselle in the office and she introduced me to Jorge. I was so impressed with his willingness to help me on the spot. He quickly used a device to analyze the problem and presented me with a very fair priced solution. Since I was unable to leave the vehicle he started working on it right away. After a little over an hour, while my wife and I shopped at the Melbourne Mall Giselle called to let me know my car was ready! We picked up the vehicle and Jorge explained exactly what was done and even showed us the parts that were replaced. I cannot believe how lucky Imwas to “drop in” to an auto repair shop and discover the level of competence and professionalism that Jorge and the staff provided us. In summary, most important is they can be trusted they are fast, extremely competent and caring. What a great find.Thank you Jorge, Giselle and staff.Service: Auto engine tuning

Morels Auto did a coolant flush, oil change and brakes, also drained a little transmission fluid out for me cuz I had put too much in. My daughter was the one who took it in and spoke to Morel. She was very happy with his business and service and I felt the prices were well priced. I would bring my car to morels anytime. Fair and honest business. Thank you! I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Morels auto repair because the dealer was charging me $5500 to replace the engine harness and the ABS module because my jeep have no data communication between the engine computer and the ABS module. One of the technicians (Jorge ) find the problem and fixed my jeep for less than $300 in 2 Hrs and no $5500Great service from Giselle in the office, very professional and great prices

Being on a budget and relying heavily on my car for work I needed to find a mechanic who was going to be honest, fair, and willing to educate me on issues when they came up and maintaining my car to prevent them. I read the reviews for Craig's and decided to give them a chance. The first thing I noticed is that every time I have called Craig answers the phone. He is great at explaining what is going on with the car. His prices are beyond reasonable- I have checked and they beat out other places when you compare. He comes through with insights and great solutions every time I bring him my car. I am so thankful to have found a realiable mechanic who listens, is extremely respectful, very fair, and does accurate work!

I learn about this shop from a friend. Called them to schedule an oil change. When I arrive for my appointment I received a friendly and professional welcomed by Alan, the shop manager. The mechanics were ready with all the right supplies and quickly took my vehicle in. At the same time Alan walked me to the office and processed my paperwork. By the time I got done paying they had finished a thorough inspection of my vehicle and almost done with the oil change. They found that my front breaks were in need of replacement. The vehicle has 95K miles so they also recommended replacing the front rotors and flushing the break fluid. They showed me condition of my breaks to see for myself the need for these services. I scheduled the break job a couple of days later. When I arrived, again all the parts where ready and the break job was completed in a timely manner. the car is breaking much better and riding very smoothly. The treatment was professional and courteous. The prices very reasonable. The quality of the work excellent. The shop clean and very well organized. I recommend Morels Auto Repair for your vehicle services.
