Transfer Pin
My complaint is for two stores that I visited multiple times on Memorial Day 2024. #1, 1150 Malabar Rd sw ste 107, Palm Bay, FL 32907 and #2, 145 Palm Bay Rd NE, Melbourne, FL 32904. Both stores were very unprofessional with no help with getting a transfer pin so I could transfer my phone number to T-Mobile. The Representative Domenick at the T-Mobile store 805D was super helpful with assisting me with getting me the help I needed. Store manager Nyesa and Jalen at store #1 was rude and refused to help after presenting a valid drivers license. Store #2 just refused to help and told me there is nothing they can do in the store with getting me my transfer pin after showing my valid drivers license. After several or more phone calls a T-mobile representative called me while at home with a MetroPcs representative also on a 3 way call telling me to drive 15 minutes back to the store after several trips I went to store #1 and spoke with Jalen who immediately got an attitude after telling her I need help with getting a transfer pin with both representatives on the phone. One of the representatives instructed Jalen to call DSG and o some kind of bypass and this is how I got my transfer pin. I would recommend Metropcs better train their employees on customer service without the attitude and give proper help when customers phone is lost stolen, broken, can’t receive text or the customer can’t remember the pin or password for the account. This is lack of service is unacceptable. And also the call center for Metropcs seems to be in a foreign country such as India because I can hear other representatives in the back ground on the phone, the English is not good and also another representative was shouting what sound like India dialect into the phone which is so unprofessional. I went in with a problem first person i talked to was very kind understood what i was talking about. Second person did not want to hear anything that i had to say he just wanted to sell me a new phone.

The store is very clean and well kept and the staff there are amazing and always manage to help me no matter what my issue may be!! Definitely recommend and would always go back for any more issues in the future.

Amazing customer service ! Only metro store in palm bay that i go to, always smiling and very helpful and knowledgeable as well! I recommend everyone to come here.

Terrible customer service I would never recommend this store, the manager Gray has zero customer service skills and based on his actions I want to close all six of my accounts with metro after being a customer for six years. I am going to make it very known about my store experience to all of my coworkers, friends and family. I will be telling everyone I meet how bad of service I received from this store. I needed help and the manager could care less, he was eating instead he did not explain anything he was extremely lazy when I asked for help again and he refused to help me he should be fired for being insubordinate. Horrible. They don't even pick up their phones to assist the customers they sit there playing on their own phones. I highly do not recommend this store. The owner should be ashamed on the staff.
