“Flat out wonderful people and even better business. They're a shipping center that handles USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, private mailboxes, etc. I've come in here needing shipping supplies, labels, even help packaging things up and they've gone above and beyond what was needed. Prices are also on point. I'm beyond impressed with this place. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for anything mail related.”
“I ship stuff to my kids in IN, KY and CO all the time! They know who I am and keep my kids address on file and myPayment info. I can walk in and drop off my stuff and if they are busy I can just walk out. I know they will get it addressed and packed safe and get it sent off without me even waiting. I get an email later telling me the shipping info. I can literally leave my daughters first name on the box and I know they will look up her info and get it shipped! I had a package lost last year and they did all of the insurance paperwork for me. Last week I had a package arrive broken, Lisa filed my claim with UPS and got me reimbursed within a few days. I literally did nothing, the employees at A1A Pack & Ship take care of it all! Best customer service anywhere!”

“Joshua at UPS Store saved us a big headache today. Dropped off a package earlier in the day but needed to retrieve it back. Went back at 5 PM where I'm sure there were hundreds of packages ready for pickup and a long line behind me. He was able to pull the package quickly and returned to the line without missing a beat.

“Used this place once to buy a money order for a deposit for an apartment. Coming from elsewhere in the country, it sounded super sketchy. But inside was clean and organized, the employee who greeted me was polite and professional, and I was in-and-out quickly with what I needed. No hassle. Just a flawless experience.”
“Every time I go in there to mail a package the staff is friendly and the line moves fairly quickly. I appreciate this so much because I tried using the post office closest to my house and the staff there always seems annoyed and they are not friendly at all.

“Very convenient to use the self-service kiosk. Even after the working hours. The foyer is open, so you can drop off your prepaid package at any time and get a receipt with the tracking number on it as well. No line, no wasted time, no problem.”
“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
