Store was very spacious and tidy, prices were clearly marked and correct. The young lady at the shoe area went above and beyond searching every nook and cranny until she found a shoe sizer for my son. Katarina at checkout was awesome. Found many nuggets. Always a pleasure shopping at Kohls. Thank you.

Customer Service at the Kohls location on Palm Bay Road in West Melbourne is excellent. They all are very friendly, professional and willing to assist with anything you ask of them.

I wouldve put this compliment on the kohls website but could not. Store # 1327 in Palm Bay Fl had an item that I was looking for and at a fair price. When I arrived at the checkout, I passed up the self check out and went to associate Amira. She was so thorough in making sure that she asked the customer questions an associate normally asks, but more than that, she was so friendly, polite, and helpful. Associates Nina and Lydia were also friendly and polite as I spoke to each associate. I have been coming to this store for 3 yrs and never have I walked out as happy as I did today. These ladies were kind, professional helpful and approachable. This is almost unheard of in the world today. Big kudos to Kohls for hiring these ladies and even bigger kudos to these women from me.
