In an industry where everybody is struggling to find reasonable home and auto insurance I have to say ….this was Absolutely the most amazing experience getting home and auto insurance. We are a USAA family and members since 1987…years into being dedicated to USAA. I found out that I was paying $6000 a year on my auto insurance for my husband me and my teenager. That was with all of the good driving, driver’s ed, and smart student discounts. Veronica Limom told me hold on “I can save you thousands” and she did. No, I only was she’ so professional and knowledgeable, she was able to find Home insurance for a rental property we have where with my agent that I have been working with for 10 years quoted the same policy with $2000 more. The most amazing company…. we are transferring probably more of our rentals and even looking forward to finding out about their financial planning as well. I cannot give enough positive feedback on Veronica and the whole entire team! Thank you all so much!

I typically get great customer service from the folks at Kasey Osman's office. I've been working with Jessica Nichols on some changes to our auto policy and she's really been helpful, and always pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks Jessica! :)

I most definitely give 5 stars I use Jessica and Kyle mainly for all of our commercial business needs and they both are awesome. They are extremely professional and get what you need quickly and the best price they can get it. Highly recommend!!

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha today. She noticed some discrepancies in our records and contacted us to get the correct info; this lead to an insurance adjustment that saved us some money and improved our coverage. We definitely value Samantha's initiative and recommend her and the Osman team to anyone who needs insurance coverage.
