This place is a joke. Had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 at 11:15 was finally told that the person I was scheduled with was tied up with a client and could I come back later!!! Really like I had nothing better to do. Finally some other guy started my taxes until his client showed up
. Told me to leave them and he would finish later. Now that they are done they've called me 3 times for payment. Like I'm supposed to stop everything because they want payment. I set the time because that's the time I had available, so you can wait on me now.

Jackie has been my tax lady for many years now. She takes her time with me and makes sure I understand everything fully before finalizing anything. She is kind, caring, and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Jackie is always friendly and informative and if she doesn't know she finds out but she knows taxes. My taxes are easy but I feel better knowing it is H&R Block is doing it. I have been going to H&R Block for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know what they are doing Thank you Jackie and staff.

Dorothy Mueller has done my taxes for years. I actually enjoy "the visit" (despite paying taxes) and I fully trust her abilities. I highly recommend her.
