I have to give at least 1 star or it wont record--My First Cpap was recalled and in the switch out they just gave me a new one with no real directions how to use or order new parts-The first couple attempts worked fine-I was on a auto pay system-then they sent me materials -for 2 months NEVER telling me they couldn't get the auto pay to work-I was sent to Collections for 2 separate Orders-Only thing was-I saw it wasn't paid-(They never told me or sent me a Bill) so i paid BOTH before they went to collection when I ordered again they would not sell because I was in collection( I wasnt) they cleared it up-said they would send-They didn't but- But say they did and billed me and have sent me to collections for the 3rd time for three separate bills-2 paid- One never sent-and of course I keep getting answering machines -Buyer Beware--I just havent been able to find a new supplier

Three times I've tried to order a replacement tube to connect my O2 concentrator to my cpap. Three times they've sent me the wrong thing. I've carefully explained each time that the tube has a screw on connection for the O2 machine and a slip fit to the bleed port on the cpap. No luck. I got both pieces of equipment from them so you would think someone there would have a clue.

I really liked Liz at the begging of 2022 at the front desk but unfortunately she didn’t want the COVID shot and was let go and she was sooooo nice and always smiling and polite. But I have found another “ Wealth of info & very GREAT at her job” …DEBBIE….in CPAP supplies. She is so professional and ready and willing to re-order your supplies and be ready for pick up. Sometimes I had no choice but to walk in the same day for supplies. I could sense that was not the right way to do it. Great Job DEBBIE, thank you.

I would give no stars if I could this company won't even sell me a colostomy bag without a doctor's prescription I'm out of town I have no bags and I am in a bad position and these people have my bags but won't sell them to me it does not have to have a prescription it is not a law

I got a CPAP from HF Med Eqt, and I am thrilled. It wasn't their fault there were no CPAPs available because of the Phillips recall. Once mine came in we were given a class on how to use them and what to expect. A wonderful experience, once the CPAPs became available.

I called this place to verify my son's prescription was available and informed them of what time I should approximately arrive. When I got there, I took a number and waited in a line that did not exist for almost 4 minutes before somebody poked their head up and finally spoke to me. I was told they could not help me because that was not what they were able to do. They were only up front to help out the front staff and the two gentlemen who were able to help me were busy. There was a female behind the counter, a young one, who rocked in a chair from side to side for the entire time I was there. She never once looked up or spoke to anybody. A customer came in about 5 minutes after I had arrived and left 10 minutes before I left. One of the representatives who was able to help me was talking to a couple about buying a chair. I get doing your job but this individual was sharing stories, laughing and prolonging the selling experience. They were with these couple before I had arrived and we're still laughing and joking with them when I got up and left. The other representative who was supposed to be able to help me was on the computer and telephone with another customer the whole time. Going back and forth with the doctor's office checking paperwork and rechecking paperwork. What a living nightmare of a process. I had a prescription and could not even get it filled because nobody was available. I felt like I was in a used car dealership in the backwoods on the side of some mountain. I hope nobody ever goes there because the experience is absolutely horrible.

I got my CPAP machine from here and everything has worked up to snuff on what they say it would do. They have the supplies you need. Just call before hand. The staff does great despite being shorthanded. They have a good system to help people out.

Another place that does not care about customers and has employees that do not know there job. My pregnant wife and I have called and stopped by to rectify an issue four times now. Each time we get a different employee and also a different answer. We have gotten nowhere with this organization and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you have to go here it is already a tough time and they make it much tougher.

The last 4 times I have visited this store there has been at least 4 people waiting in line with only 1 employee helping people get their order. This is inexcusable.

I have been forced by my insurance company to use Health First Equipment for my durable medical supplies. I have been very dissatisfied with their assistance over about 10 years. I tell my doctor and he says "I know I hear those same complaints continually". I went in for a mask fitting 3 times. I never got one that didn't scream when put under pressure. They just say come back and they will try again. They display lots of masks in the display area but I was never allowed to try anything but the same 3 masks on with the same results. It was not a matter of money, I could pay the difference in mask mask design ( that has been discontinued) cost without a problem. Years later I am still making do with my original maskthat is about 3 years old that never screams. Lots of duct tape has been the answer. I use a bi-pap that helps me breath in and out. If I don't wear a properly fitted one I wake up feeling my like head will explode.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! Most unprofessional personnel and management. From someone who works in medicine- this place is the definition of dysfunctional and poor customer service. The CPAP department is near impossible to get ahold of, the run around you have to do to get supplies is insane, and billing is a disaster. You try to call and literally sent from voice-mail to voice-mail.

I had an ER visit clavicle surgery in September 2020. It was all done at Holmes and Health First. I met my out of pocket max as well as my insurance company paying 10's of thousands of dollars to all the various medical entities.Three months later, I get a bill for $130 for a shoulder sling I was given in the ER. This company tried to EXTORT me to pay them this entire amount for a sling that cost about $6. Helen was trying to work me like a used care salesman. I finally got in touch with the right folks at the hospital that got my balance washed as it should have been. I guarantee these people would have handed me over to collections over this, eventually.This is absolutely a RACKET this company tries to run thru the hospital.The 2.7 star reviews say it all. Do you like fruit? HOW ABOUT THEM $0 BALANCE APPLES!
