My back was murdering me from the other chair I was using so I was hoping it would be delivered quickly. Quick is an understatement. “Harbor Freight has come a long way over the years. Once known for cheap tools that were quick to break and be discarded, the quality of the tools are much more reliable now. While the prices of the tools have also risen, the out-the-door cost of the hardware will still be saving you money than many of the big box stores or name brands.
Regarding this particular location, the employees are incredibly helpful. While there are not many team members on the floor, they are quick to respond if you ask for someone at the checkout desk near the entrance.”
“I was at this Ace great service kind employees. I ask that you change your policy on non service dogs being allowed inside the business. I was in there this morning and a guy had hid small "shitzu" unleashed walking through the business. As I was walking to the register the "shitzu", fit its name and dropped some turds near the grills. Not thinking there would be turds in Ace or irresponsible dog owners that would not pick up after their dog. I stepped in it. Staff was alerted and the dog owner said he would pick it up. All good in the end but please change your policy on non service dogs being allowed in business.”
“I love this Ace. Everyone is so friendly and they greet you right away. I like how they make you feel like they really enjoy what they do. The employees there seem to really like to help people not just because it's their job and they're being paid to do so. They always seem to have what you need in stock. Very clean and orderly. “Bought 200.00 worth of stuff asked about a coupon . Nothing I bought was on sale .get home and check receipts, and it's printed, and the monthly sale shows a 10.00 off of a tool that I bought ! Really disappointing ?.”
“Great place because it carries stuff the hd and Lowe's don't... Currently have a trickle charger I paid $50 over ten years ago that still works great on sale for $19... Picked up a couple cause I have 2 vehicles that sit for weeks at a time... Fast and uncrowded... Sign up online and they send deals to your phone... They have curbside pickup service also...”
“It's taking me a while to write this review but our service was exceptional. The quality of work done here is incredible. While, just like everyone else, we had to wait two or three months for it to get installed, we have never been happier. We feel like it's sturdy and it looks amazing!”

“As I live close by, I shop here frequently when needing items. As a single female homeowner, the staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Several times they have even recommended to me lower cost items from what I thought I had needed. Although their prices, of course, are slightly higher than big box stores, the extra cost is worth the convenience and most importantly the assistance of the staff.”

“First time homeowner. I had a kitchen drawer break and brought it in for help. I sat the drawer on a counter and Ben and Bill helped me select the appropriate materials for the repair and even measured and cut a piece of wood for me. This is my second or third time in this store and the staff have always been helpful and kind. I will continue to return to this store for future home issues. Thanks again, guys.”
“Originally I posted a one star due to a terrible experience with the attitude of one of the staff members. Some friends convinced me to go back and maybe they just had a bad night. I went back several times since and haven't had any issues with the staff since. The original dude with a bad attitude also hasn't given me any attitude either, and in fact all the staff seem quite pleasant to deal with. In fact on a day my sciatic nerve was acting up they were quite quick in assisting me in helping me load my items into the vehicle. Perhaps I just had an off day and so did the guy originally checking me out. I will keep coming to this location.”
“I had some issues with another Ferguson location and I ended up speaking with Vincent at this location. He took care of my issue very quickly. Other location I spoke to 5 different people over 20 days and issue was never resolved. Vincent should be training the other locations on customer service.. “I went to home depot on Malabar rd today. Being a senior citizen I went to the return dept and asked a lady if there is an employee to push a flat cart around to load some heavy items. She said we don't do that. I grabbed a cart and asked an employee named Katherine where my 1st item would be. She very politely said let me push the cart for you and I will take you to each item. After I paid She pushed the cart out and I brought my vehicle to the door and she loaded all my items. Thank you Katherine and Home depot for having employees like her.”

“While in Cocoa Beach, we went with friends to this Lowe's to help check out some light fixtures. The selection was very good and impressive. The price points were all over the place, so you can easily pick something modest and budget friendly or something extravagant and expensive. Since we were just looking at options, we did not request the help of any associate, but the store was very well laid out and nicely organized.”
