Fast, reliable, affordable. What more does a person want in a motorcycle mechanic? A++ customer service, I will be returning here for all the work going forward. I have a 2015 Harley, got both tires swapped in a little over an hour and a half. Be safe out there y'all.

Warren was able to fix my bike in less than 24 hours of dropping it off and at half the price of what other places quoted me. I would definitely come back here.

Will never trust this shop again. I bought a bike and brought it to get the fluids replaced (oil, brake, etc) and asking that the bike be checked for any issues that may need attention. The bike was running fine before bringing it in, they changed the fluids and told me at some point I should replace a gasket on the fork. After riding for a while I notice the bike was smoking after rides and brought it back. The shop said they accidentally put too much oil in the bike they said they’d fix it and I asked them to replace the fork gasket while they were at it. I paid rode for home and as I went to park in my garage the brake failed and I dropped the bike. Once I picked up the bike I realized one of the front brake calipers was just dangling due to not being screwed in properly. I took the bike back and told them what happened and they once again agreed to fix the issue. They said it was done I went to pick it up and found that the bike was almost impossible to ride (stalling in idle, running sluggish, etc) when I ask if the noticed any of this they said they actually didn’t test ride after repair. I told them that the bike was not running like that previously and they need to fix the issue. They called and said the the issue was fixed and the bike was “running like a rocket” when I get the bike back it was running about as just poorly as it was when I last dropped it off. Ultimately I took it to a different shop who extensively cleaned oil out of various parts of the engine due to the initial over filling of the oil. The other shop got the bike running 100% after the botched jobs at Frank’s.

Don't know exactly what you did Warren but my bike runs like a dream now! Anyone who takes their bike to a shop other than yours is doing themselves a disservice! You're my guy now. More than fair price and you fixed my slipping clutch issue. Your high ratings are very honest and deserved!
