I think there is a thief at your organization. A chair not delivered but marked as delivered. After calling, was told that it was delivered to wrong address but would be delivered...that was 3 days ago. Poor poor service.

OMG. Petty useless spot. All around miserable experience. Know wonder I was the only one in there. This is a management issue. They've put a miserable person- women to work there this am. She needs a different job for sure. She didn't want to be there, and she didn't want me there either. I ended up driving to Office depot in Indian Harbour beach to get some simple color printing. They kicked a** and in 10 min, I was wrapped and in my way.

All I can say is WOW. Both times I've returned AT&T boxes and accessories, David has been friendly, eager to assist and informative throughout the process! This isn't the first time I've dealt specifically with David, as I'd previously returned all items to Spectrum while changing over to AT&T!
