As of now on 3 different occasions I've tried calling the store and have never been successful with reaching ANYONE ! phone just constantly rings. Why have a phone and never answer it ? I can't stand shopping at Walmart but with certain price increases by others I shop there to save money. Beginning to wonder if it's worth the savings

Will never ever go to Walmart again... horrible experience. They don't answer phones and takes forever to bring you the orders to car. "Talked to a so called manager" his response to all I had to say was, "yeah, yeah, yup, oh,yeah, ok I'll talk to the other manager" Like wth? Customer service sucks. Bye Walmart

Had my eye exam at the Walmart vision center the optometrist John F Backes was great he explained to me what was going on with my vision and the price for the exam was far less than other places I've been at previously I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to go and make an appointment with Dr John

This is the absolute worst Walmart for grocery orders and pick ups. No one answers the phone, the associates meaning the loaders - dispatchers refuse to check you in as if that is not their job, they tell you to call the phone number on the sign and no one answers, it goes straight to voicemail. The managers need to get it together and learn how to operate this part of their department because it is failing tremendously. I'm tired of calling and complaining. There is always a parking lot completely full of people trying to pick up their groceries and about a week ago they were three hours behind. How in the heck do you allow that to happen at your store without any reprimands for it?

omg!!!! worse place for deliveries and pickups. they bosom it on the drivers. the drivers tell me it's not their issue it's walmart. deliveries don't come you do a pick up. told to come get it then you wait in the parking lot for over an hours. walmart get your act better or stop pick ups and deliveries 2hours 50 minutes waiting I. The parking lot!! Still no order and can we say rude!! the walmart on palm bay. omg!!! hey walmart takes lessons from target when your order is ready its out in moments!!!! they have this down to a science!!!!

Walmart in Florida was the best place to go I went there to purchase walkie talkie adult sets and they had rechargeable sets motorola cobra and so on but they also carried speaker mics to I wish they would get those back in stock

Just did grocery pickup and the employee let the wagon handle SLAM into my car. Didn't even apologize. When I got home I noticed there is a scuff mark that won't come out. Also, they gave me week old expired cream in my order. I tried to call multiple times and NO ONE will answer the phone.

I've never seen a Walmart as disorganized and dirty as this one. Aisles so packed with sale items that you walk sideways through them. Part of the store is a warehouse overflow in plain sight of customers.

This is a big Supercenter, very well lit and ample. They do not have the little blue hand baskets that you use at other Walmarts for quick shopping, so you have to push a cart, carry things by hand, or in your reusable bag. I went to get a few things and they had everything I wanted. The shelves looked very well stocked and the produce was fresh and it looked in good shape. At checkout they had about 12 self checkout stations, so my time in line was not too long. The associates seemed a bit hurried, maybe a bit overworked, but overall it was a easy pleasant shopping experience.
