Purchased a used car there. Be aware, they sell used cars as is, and do not do any prep work to sell them, hence, no dealer fee. Because of this, I'd suggest having your mechanic look it over before purchasing. They did everything they said they would in our deal, and even guaranteed and replaced the defective part we had replaced with them. Very Nice people to deal with, would buy from again.

Had my axle repaired and a.c. compressor. Work was completed on time and they called me right away. Have had no issues with repairs.

Low life posts ads on CL as a private owner, deceptive descriptions, creative photography to hide damage, so when you actually lose time looking anyway, it's a total turd priced twice what it's worth, and no private owner information on service history. Crooks.

The best place in Melbourne to purchase a vehicle! Rich is an excellent mechanic and can fix anything whether you bought it there or not. Highly recommended! I am very pleased with the value as well. My car was worth more than what I paid for it!

It is so nice to have a trustworthy mechanic. Very surprised at the negative reviews here. I have been taking my last 2 vehicles to get work done for the last 5 years. I have had several jobs big and small from replacing Clutch, AC Belt and oil changes. Always honest, and they never try to sell you on something else that "needs" to get fixed. On top of this they quoted and completed all the jobs cheaper than the 3 other mechanics I called! Now I just take my car straight to them because they are good people. I have referred several family and friends to ECAR who thank me for finally hooking them up with a trustworthy great mechanic. Car repairs are costly and tough on people who need every penny. This is your place.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. First had car 2 weeks transmission went out. Still don't have title bought on 10/21. They didn't even file title until December 1 after I called the and told them about the car and I didn't have title. Other words sold me car illegally because they didn't have title. I am a 63 year old disabled women that put every cent I had saved for this car and this is the kind of person I have dealt with. I am a sick women i ask him please dont sell me something that will let me down, but with no conscious he did. Even as horrible as he is and has been to me I hope God blesses him.

Excellent customer care and quality service is how I'd best describe this place! I've been through the ringer with shady mechanics around here for years and it's a tremendous relief knowing that there are ethical mechanics like this that genuinely care about the quality of their work while also delivering great resolutions in a timely manner with reasonable prices. It was a pleasant experience all around which is rare these days.. I will definitely be returning (hopefully not too soon ha!)

Wow, can't believe I haven't written a review yet! But anyways, I was blessed finding this car dealership when I moved back from Washington. At first I was skeptical because I never dealt with a dealership but knowing it was a Family owned business made my very first time a great experience! These people are honest, truthful, genuine, understanding and most importantly fair. When you walk into their shop it feels so comfortable and make you feel apart of there family and I love it. I bought my car here, my mom has a car here and my sister has a car from here. When my sisters transmission was acting up they fixed it right away, of course she was car less for a week, which we had no problem with but they want to make sure they get it done right the first time, and they did! I wouldn't go to any other car place. I recommend going to Ecar if you want honesty, a reliable car, and trustworthy people to work with AND good price car. I still have my Chevy Equinox, and it's going STRONG, no problems at all, same with my moms car and sisters car. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 😊 And if you are, well dang it, YOU must have done something wrong, Not them ;)

If I could give this place no stars I would. They talked me into buying a car and claimed it was in great shape. Not even two weeks after getting the car my breaks started squeaking. Ecar told me yeah the front breaks are rough we will fix it for $100. I went somewhere cheaper and not only were the front breaks nearly useless but the back breaks as well. I then got a list of about $700 worth of things they needed to fix to get my car back to how it's suppose to be. Ecar failed to mention any of these problems when I bought the car and when I took it back in to get it looked at. Then my battery had to be replaced within a month of purchasing. They are scammers. I now have to spend money on Uber to get to work. Thanks for scamming a young kid Ecar. Now they won't answer my calls.

This guy Rob at ECAR is a con-artist. Stay away from this place. Sells junk to unsuspecting people for absolute top dollar. My daughter was desperate for a decent car and this auto shop took advantage of this. Sold her a car for over $3500 with all kinds of problems and wouldnt even own up to it. Rear door window frame almost rusted through and cracked. Window is holding it together. Passenger front and rear rims both bent. Coolant leak. Various missing body and interior parts. Lower control arms bad along with ball joints. List goes on. This guy will quote you kbb all day long. I took this car to cocoa hyundai where I had a friend look at it. They estimated car was only worth $1850 bucks.
