Our Ford truck started shaking. We have been moving here from West Palm. Took it in here. Two front tires were dry rotted and the belts were coming loose. The two back tires were also dry rotted. They took us right in, showed the damage and since this truck is our main vehicle, we bought all new tires. They got us back on the road quickly, were professional and the prices are very good! We have 2 more vehicles and will bring them here!! Thank you!

Ì scheduled an appointment for 4:30 on a Friday. I checked in at 4:20 and was driving out of the parking lot at 5:05. Oh, and my car wasn't in the bay until 4:45 and the place was packed. I will never go anywhere else for tires. Great people work there! Shout out to Dalton!!

They did significant damage to one of my wheels. Although, they did file a claim they are denying any responsibility and have closed the claim. Went in understanding that these mounting machines may cause some small damage (which Is understandable to a degree) to the rim of the wheels so I took pictures of all wheels at the location prior to getting new tires mounted. When I received the vehicle back I inspected the wheels onsite and took pictures again.
There was very significant damage to one and I brought it to their attention in which they proceeded to file a claim. With time stamps of before and after, they still deemed the damage was not from them but that it “appears “ to be curb rash. Regardless, the damages were done while in their possession and they are not fixing or replacing the wheel. Would not recommend this shop to anyone since they do not want to take responsibility for the damages done.

The experience I had today was horrible. There was a man behind the counter, who I believe was the marketing manager, was incredibly rude to everyone in the lobby. He was condescending and very unprofessional to the other staff as well. I was unable to get his name or make a complaint directly when I was there. Sunny was the gentleman that helped me with my appointment and he was absolutely amazing. It is sad when the staff bear the brunt of a toxic employee.

Bad bad bad bad omg so bad. One scissor lift in the whole place, everyone else using floor jacks in a large facility. Weird to say the least. Ask yourselves if you want to wait 2 hours for a 30 minute job. Road force of 37 on Michelins is ok? Maybe for a dump truck not a performance car. Tires had flat or hard spots and were declared ok. Waste of 2 hours
