Vivianna assisted me with finding new auto insurance because GEICO was getting too expensive, she helped me save close to $40 on my monthly payments and also assisted me with getting renters insurance on my house. Everything with her was very quick and easy, she is also very responsive and quick to get you quotes and answer any questions. 10/10 customer service.

It has been so long that I have encountered someone so personable, and understanding.

Thank you for your help today Che Seegobin! We just joined State Farm. (I left this review about a year ago).
UPDATE: fast-forward a year later and the rate has increased from about $150 for the insurance estimate I was originally given to $761 for our last bill. That’s not a typo —$761 per month! We did have our teen twins plus their younger sister added onto the insurance since the original estimate and one incident where our vehicle barely scratched another car but this still seems like quite a bit per month according to estimates I find online.

I have had my insurance with Bryan for 7 years now. Pricing is about as low as I have seen. But the service has been exceptional. I had one issue with the company and Bryan himself got involved to make sure it was handled to my satisfaction.

Quick, simple, affordable...
I'm so happy with my insurance company! When I was shopping around, I was impulsive and rushed at the DMV - I ended up going with a company that was overcharging me. Brian West didn't give up and called me again - he is SO FUNNY! He kindly asked me who I went with and how much I was paying... when I told him, he laughed and said "well that was stupid, I offered you quite a bit less" LOL and he was right. He very smoothly helped me through the process of cancelation and transition into State Farm with lower rates.
One month I was going through a hardship. I explained to Brian and his team (they're all really great by the way) that there was just no way I could pay my insurance - many companies would drop you right away... but they worked with me to meet my needs.
Today I called and talked to Alex - she was so positive, friendly, and helpful... but most importantly she was *extremely fast* to process my requests, answer questions, AND find solutions to make payments easier for me.

I have been with Brian West's office now for several years and can not imagine ever going anywhere else.
