They stopped including 2 cars in the same plan all of a sudden. On top of that, they only have one person outside helping people with memberships which holds up the line for a long time. No military discounts. Very disappointed here.

I signed up for myself for a monthly membership the next day I signed my husband up with a monthly membership then I find out that my husband was being billed since 2023 never went through that car wash but there were two accounts one was based upon a sticker which he never had and then the other was based on his tag which I signed him up for an April of 2024. Customer service did refund 6 months of credits for the 2023 charges and would not refund the full 11 months that was billed to my husband's card. The lady and the customer service at 305 number that you're given is very rude and she really doesn't care if things are done improperly I spoke to the regional manager today at the Palm Bay location and I took screenshots of the 2023 charges which shows that he did not go through that car wash and then also the 2024. BEWARE Check your credit card statements each month. This company is not an honest company. I will never use this company again and most certainly would not recommend. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office to make them aware of the company's business practices.

At first, I was excited about only 19.99 for a month. Then, I realized my car wasn't that clean, I still had grass on side, and 1st vacuum I went to was broke, and towels marked clean had debris on them.

Awesome car wash and thats coming from someone that doesn't go to car wash, get the basic wash and it gets my car very clean and that's hard to find.

I have an hour drive for work and bugs have destroyed my paint job. I like that you can scrub your car prior to the wash. I may have to invest in joining the carwash club. Not a bad wash for how bad my car gets in 5 days.

Wanted to test out their wash to see if I liked it. The screens try to force you into a membership. Took me awhile to find where the one time car washes were. Took my car through and the wash didn’t get dirt off the hood or cobwebs off the trunk. I wasn’t expecting much, but I got less than that. Horrible

For an automated car wash, it’s the best in the area. Added benefits are: towels to wipe your car (although, I wouldn’t bc they are not 100% clean and you may scratch your car paint) , vacuums with great suction power, , compressed air guns, and carpet cleaners. Oh and window cleaning solution as well. So again, for an automated wash, they are the best around.
