I no longer vape but if you do this store has the lowest prices I’ve ever seen from Brevard to Orlando.The staff is very quiet and depressed seeming but who isn’t these days? There’s no loyalty program, and they make you sign a receipt when using a card which is so old school but again for the price all of these cons are entirely irrelevant.

They have the best prices for Kratom in the area. Super cute/sweet girl was in there 2 night’s ago that worked there, she was telling me to be careful cause she stopped taking kratom recently and felt sick for almost a week afterwards so expressed to use caution while taking it. I appreciate her for sure. I believe the FDA is gonna Ban Kratom soon so enjoy it while it lasts, and thanks to whoever you were ?

Bought a fume vape there. Walked home. Couldn't have been 15 minutes. Realized it didn't work. Called before I walked back and was told they won't replace it. Said your standard" unfortunately blah blah blah. Last time I Buy there as I was not a new customer. They may keep my 20 bucks but will never get my business again.

They sell you defective products. Claim you should test them before you buy but the employees don’t allow you to or tell you that until AFTER you purchase broken devices. They give you the run around and play mind games knowing they’re selling defective products. Go somewhere else with honest business practices!

So RUDE the cashier did everything except close the door in my face. I walked in 859 he flipped his hand telling me to GET OUT bc he had to go!!! Mind you both feet were in the store , however the white woman had JUST left the register!!! Will NOT return!!!! #RudeNRacist no customer service no professionalism at all . If I hadn’t moved he would have pushed me he was that close to me slammed the door cut off the lights no apology nothing , true sign of the times ?????

Went in asked for new cartridges and coils for my caliburn koko was sold the wrong one. Went back to get the right one and was still sold the wrong items. Now I’m $45 bucks out and can’t use my vape. If you don’t know the products don’t sell them. I even brought the vape in with me and they still couldn’t sell me the right stuff.

I'm not sure I got what I paid for. I bought what should have been about $30 worth of cigars and some pipe tobacco, but there were no prices on anything. It came up to $57 at the register. I paid and then asked for a receipt so I could see where I might have miscalculated. All I got was a copy of the credit card charge slip, with no items listed. I looked up the items when I got home and confirmed that I bought nothing that should have been that expensive. I paid almost twice the value of what I got. I don't know if the items were overpriced or if I got double charged for some items. I gave them two stars because they at least had a better selection of cigars and tobacco than some vape stores who have little to nothing else to offer. I won't be going back though.

Purchased two vape products and both of them were faulty and manager/owner seemed to not care that he’s selling faulty items or concerned about giving my money back all while selling me products that didn’t work. Greedy

Best prices in town. They have sale items in a basket that you can actually use and enjoy. Most places throw unwanted items together and call it a sale.... Great customer service, too!
