This is the worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with. They're rude and just don't care. The store I normally go to is under repairs so I called another branch and they told me to get in contact with the one that's obviously closed. I tried explaining the situation to the lady and She straight up hung up on me. PLEASE!!!!! If you care about your sanity and your insurance GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Acceptance Insurance agent Mary went above and beyond. The Niceness of her reminder of payment due went to her reaching back out to me as she noticed I had a question. She took the time to call me back to go over my insurance saving me over $500 in 6 months. Thank you Mary for all your knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend if you need insurance speak to Mary for Acceptance insurance out of Melbourne.

Horrible, horrible horrible they did not call me back and I’ve been calling them for days and requested a call back from a manager. It’s been well over a week and I still haven’t received one. They fraudulently charged my card when I was switching insurance because it was about three weeks before my premium was up and I wanted to go with Geico because they offered a better price and they charged my card without my consent and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. It’s absolutely Ridiculous.
