If you ever visit this particular Zales in Wesley Chapel you need to see Jennifer. She is the BEST when it comes to attention to detail, compassion, care, and trust. I had a big mishap with my engagement ring and Jennifer was the ONLY ONE to get it right after numerous attempts at finding a solution. I will only see Jennifer for my future jewelry needs. ❤️
