I had my 5K service done here, and it was the best experience so far. While they serviced my car, they arranged a ride for me to the outlet mall. They even texted me a video update on the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to all Toyota owners—very focused on customer service.

We just had another great experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. Scooter Lavancher found the exact truck that I was looking for and had it ready to show and drive before we arrived 30 minutes later. He worked a perfect deal with us and the process was ridiculously easy - exactly as he did when I took my son there to buy his first car 4 years ago.
Scott and everyone I’ve encountered there have been awesome to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Simply the best!

Was greeted and attended to quickly and with a nice attitude. Mason ( the service person) was polite and attentive. I made an appointment and was in and out within one hour.

My Prius was towed to Wesley Chapel Toyota with a major mechanical issue early Labor morning. I was on the road home from Upstate New York to St. Pete, so a bit stranded. My service rep, Joseph DiDio, saw to it that the problem was quickly diagnosed and my options laid out. He made sure that my extended warranty was activated and applied and that the top mechanic on site tended to my challenging repair. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

this dealer seems overcharge the service items. Eg. The dealer charges $120 for a regular engine oil change. Ridiculous

Had an oil change at 3:30 got there at. 3:22 and waiting almost 30 minutes, only to first be told they aren’t excepting “non-appointments” ( I scheduled my appointment two weeks back!) then they said I only got 2 complementary oil changes so this one would have to cost me, not true I am covered up to 50-75000 miles for all maintenance, I thought I may have been mistaken but after looking over my paperwork I should have been able to get my complementary oil change and not been turned away, the guy literally lied to my face..

I’ve been wanting a dark green Sienna ever since they hit the market in 2020, but the new price was too much for us. We inquired at Wesley Chapel Toyota a few months ago about it, and Jorge remembered what we were looking for and contacted us when a nice used one came in. It was exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Very happy with this purchase and the service we received. Zach was also great helping us out with all the financing options.
