My Honda Accord stalled in the highway. The check engine lighyt started blinking and the car was losing power. Luckily I was near an exit. I had the car towed to this location. They found out it was the fuel pump which is on recall but Honda has limited supply of them. The service at the dealership was excellent but it a shame Honda decided to gamble with people's safety by not having this issue resolved.

I've got nothing to complain about the salesperson service in fact Peter was more than helpfull with all the headaches that have come trough this process. My specific reason of the rating is that financial services failed at what should be the most important part of the deal for them... never got charged my down payment. About a week later as I'm drowning in work I get multiple calls a day trying to figure out a payment method wich they never find a way for me to pay remotely so my one day off I have to drive over 140 miles round trip to them to fix their mistake and zero effort from them to compensate me for my wear and tear of the new vehicle.

I purchase a car on Jult 27, 2024 and now I cannot even drive the the because the team at Wesley Honda let my dealer plates expired which they told me personally they sent it over night on the 1 Sept and now it's the 6 of Sept 2024.(Mr. JACOB SAID" IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT AND HUNG UP ON ME") I HAS NOT TAGS FOR MY CAR FOR MY STATE NOR DUE DO I HAVE A REGISTRATION TO GE A TAGS AND I HAVE CALL OVER 20 TIMES TO THE DEALERSHIP)!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
MR MAZ is currently (Sept 6/24) working to resolve my issues while apologizing for his co worker actions as fast as he can. I DEEPLY Appreciate!!!! I JUST wanted my to register my car in my state, hopefully that will happen within a few weeks. Again, I do hope we can work forward to to getting this problem resolve, thank for your help in this this matter so far, Mr.Wez. keep you posted

I'm disappointed that I gave Wesley Chapel Honda a second chance after a poor initial experience.
The first time, I went in for an oil change and waited for 30 minutes in the service drive without any assistance. Only when I decided to leave did a service advisor finally come out. I ended up getting my oil change done at New Port Richey Honda.
The second time, I went in for a tire replacement on the rear passenger side due to a nail. I had purchased a tire and wheel warranty, but was informed by the advisor that it could only be used at certain locations or at the dealership where I bought it. I was then offered a $45 plug job, which I declined since I could do it myself for $10 in five minutes. To my surprise, the technician had already done it so it got waived (free), so that was a small positive. However, the overall experience was a disappointing three hours, and there was also a confusion where I was mistaken for another customer.

Went to look at a 2014 used car priced for 14k on their website. After seeing the car in person they wanted over 20k once you add in all the Honda packages. Don't expect online prices to reflect actual prices.

Shout out to Ahmad Elamm! I have never worked with a more honest & personable employee before. My husband & I were on the search for a new Pilot and the stars somehow aligned because I was fortunate enough to get connected with Ahmad. From day 1 he was super friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly honest. He was upfront about everything (no gray areas whatsoever) which I tremendously appreciated. During the process, he went above & beyond. Even after we purchased our new vehicle, he had the courtesy to reach out to me personally and ask how everything was going, if I had any questions, & if there was anything he could help me with. Amidst our conversations, we would find ourselves laughing while also being professional. I truly felt like this experience was so easy from start to finish having him by my side, like a close reliable friend. Just an all around great guy! I can’t recommend Ahmad enough. I want to thank Ahmad, for truly being a one of a kind salesman. I bought plenty of cars throughout my life but never once got the treatment and respect that I received from Ahmad.
