From starting the day with going into 5 banks all of them stating that you have to have a appointment to be seen (which I did not know that!) Anyways I made a appointment for my husband and I since we were trying to open a bank together and we got there an hour before our appointment. Sat down and not even a minute goes by, and the Manager Philp asks us if have an appointment and we say yes, he said prefect she is actually coming back earlier so she take you guys early. Prefect everything about this place was a great experience our banker was Bharti Dave a wonderful and nice lady got us all set up in less than an hour. Amazing service and with the perks with this bank is why they were our 1st choice and so happy we got these wonderful two people to help us. We are so gratefully appreciating for everything.

Wells Fargo is a nightmare! This is just one thing they did to us recently. They closed our checking account and left us with NO MONEY! We were told a check for the money ($800) was sent to us, but so far 10 days have passed and we still haven't received it. Their customer service is useless on the phone and in the bank. We have heard various reasons why they closed it, but bottom line, i think it was an error on their part.They said we would have to open a NEW account. So nice of them to put us in a position of having no money for over a week. Needless to say, we have joined another bank.

This branch needs to fix their hours of operations because after a long day of work at a hospital and rushing out the door to make it to the bank by 5pm, only to get there at 430pm to find that the bank is already closed. Even though it clearly states on the door that you close a 5pm. And then there were the signs on the door basically saying personal banker services by appointment only.... very very disappointing. Maybe it's time to pull my accounts out of Wells Fargo.

Having been in Banking for quite a long time, just wanted to mention an excellent customer service experience I had at the Wesley Chapel branch today. I came in with some unique 401k rollover issues and the solution was handled by Rachel S ( branch manager) with professional courtesy, kindness and willing to help! She found a way to help me with the account and its funding going the extra mile. Believe me you typically do not see that these days!! THANK YOU R for YOUR time.

Amazing that the notary doesn't even know her job... when I first came to Wells Fargo years ago, it was because people were friendly and they knew their stuff.

Trying to open a safety deposit box. Called and no one ever answer the phone. Went in and waited 15 mins to be told that I have to make an appointment for it. How do I make an appointment if no one pick up the phone? Sure not coming back for second visit

Well don't try and use the telephone to call them at the number they provide. Nothing but rings and other options and not human being when that's all I'm asking for. Waiting on 15 transactions that are pending. Sure hope I don't lose my car insurance because of their delays.

The service was very slow today. I waited and I watched the representatives walk around and have meaningless conversations. I hope this was just today. However, if you are time crunched or have business to attend, skip this location.

EMPLOYEES AT THIS BRANCH NEED A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!!!You can tell they harbor some grouch towards the BANK by the way they treat people.I went in this morning to try my debit card before traveling abroad tomorrow and since I never use it I couldn't remember the pin. Both the cashier (an oriental-looking lady) and the lady that was taking care of the drive-through, Julie (with glasses) asked me to make an appointment with a banker to get a new pin. I told them that I was traveling tomorrow, and they said there was nothing they could do but they gave me the option of going 2-3 miles north and walk-in, with no warranties.I was the only one in line!I drove all the way, north, I tell the cashier that id like to try my card and explained what happened earlier.IN 30” SHE SOLVED THE ISSUE: I JUST PUT A NEW PIN.

Same as some people stated here, went to open an account with my son and they told me noone can take care of it (just because it's 20mins before they close) I have both personal and business accounts here but going to reconsider.
