The place is disgusting. I use to enjoy sitting outside and have my coffee and breakfast sandwich but no more. The homeless are always sitting outside and the area is filthy. The location on BBD and 56 is no better. The homeless are always sitting outside there, leaving cigarette butts and trash everywhere. I had a homeless guy sit on top of the table next to me picking his toenails. The pictures attached are from this morning.

Stopped on the way home on a 4 hour drive for beverages, a snack, and gas. I’m not sure if the employee was talking to herself, the store, or a coworker, but she loudly complained “I hate making drinks that have a lot of ingredients” while she was making our drinks, so I honestly felt a little bad. Nobody responded, but she said it pretty loudly, it was awkward.

I have the WAWA APP and I'm a very loyal customer. I find it very annoying after pumping my gasoline and requesting a receipt that I'm told to see the in-store cashier for my gasoline receipt.
Is it asking to much of WAWA to maintain their pumps and keep them in working order.

Stopped in on the last day of Hoagiefest during a crazy rush. Matthew and Jacob had the BEST attitudes and were cranking out food with precision and lots of laughs. They told me they were brothers, and I really enjoyed how much fun they were having, plus it made the wait go by a lot faster. I moved out of state over a year ago and haven't had Wawa since. I was in town this weekend for a memorial service for my brother, and seeing Matthew and Jacob have fun really lifted my spirits. Plus, I got the perfect hoagie after 13 months of not being able to get one. 5 stars for Wawa, 10 stars each for Matthew and Jacob. Give them a raise.

Every single time that I order from this wawa I get the wrong items and I ordered milk last night and it was spoiled and they refused to take it back and exchange it. The EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS THERE SUCK!

Came in today 5/19/25 16:40:42 to order a smoothie. Ordered strawberry banana did not like flavor. Went back about two mins later to see if I could exchange because flavor was not tasteful. Wanted mango strawberry banana smoothie instead. Instead of associate assisting I was told to repurchase smoothie. No issues with repurchasing but it was the attitude that came with exchange.
This was a Wawa brand smoothie, lots more profit involved when purchasing store brand products. May just purchase another brand smoothie from coolers if I shop at this location again. Service received was not worth $12.60(double purchase)

This past Sunday I went to get lunch. Despite it being very busy, they managed to do everything quickly and nicely. I don’t remember everyone’s name but Jacob was doing great as well.
