Great place, drove my 2018 Passat GT from Orlando to Tampa, and all of the sudden my oil light went on low on oil. Stopped in to buy oil they just took my keys rook the car and added oil at no charge. Thank You!!!

Very happy with an unexpected visit to the service center today. Ethan & Craig we're super helpful, open communication and provided a Lyft for me to get home so I didn't have to wait for hours. Excellent job!

The service department at this location is TERRIBLE. I thought talking to the service manager would help, however he is just as clueless. Brakes on the Atlas are a known issue and they just act like they don't know anything about it, rather than assisting with the issue. You would think VW would have learned from the major issues the brand had in the past, however their quality is even worse.

David at Volkswagen of WC is the best of the best. David and his team have a positive attitude and are easy to get along with. David gets you the best deal promptly. David made my experience truly unique. Please ask for David if you are looking for a used or new car!

Service and Maintenance shop is horrible. Tried to upsell my wife for 400.00 of stuff... whom scheduled just an oil change. I just happened to be in the area fortunately! I walked in and said honey didn't you just schedule a oil change she said yes... he proceeded to tell us that our car could have issues... with 39k on it, and very well serviced car. I said just the oil change please, he said that will be $159.00! What! He said they don't make any money on oil changes so if I need to take it somewhere... have a nice day... very cavalier. Guess who's not buying his next car at VW of Wesley Chapel. Me! Everyone that works for you is an example of your company... service or not. No wonder why the reviews suck at this place.

Like other reviewers, , I would give Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel ZERO stars if possible. They are unethical scammers and theIR customer service is beyond bad. I have already wasted far too much time on them, so I will simply highlight some of my car buying experience... I paid $1300 for the vehicle to be transported to NC, but it was DRIVEN here, and then put on a transporter 1 hour away from my home to con us (adding 650 miles to the odometer) Vehicle was delivered to NC 4 days later than promised requiring multiple calls, texts, and emails. Vehicle did not have 30 day tag, so we had to wait an additional 4 days before we could drive it. I warn all not to buy from these scammers.

This location by far ranks at the bottom of the barrel in honesty, top of the class in deception and bottom of the barrel in client service.I brought my car to this location for the check engine light that I already knew, it only needed a replacement ABS sensor, which I explained to the associate. I was given the options of either paying a diagnosis fee of $149 total + misc chg $17.49 and tax $11.65 without repairs or having the diagnosis fee go towards the total repair cost amounting $700. This ABS sensor costs $152 on their website but in the store was $200 which they refused to honor. They wanted to charge $500 for labor making it a total of $700 just for 1 sensor! A 10 minute job 20 minute max, on top of that the coffee machine had no sugar for the customers, the courtesy wash that suppose to clean your car after service left my car more dirty than before I arrived. we ended up paying for the diagnosis that came with a deceptive fee of $17.49 which raised the fee to $178.99 plus the abs sensor on VW website $152 But charged $167.21. keep your mom and sisters far away from this place.

TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS OF YOUR CAR INSIDE AND OUT BEFORE ANY REPAIRSFirst of all, I want to say that Zach Leclair was great throughout this whole process. This review is more directed at the Service Manager who tried gaslighting my fiancée and I into thinking they didn’t break the Air Vent trim in the car.The service manager refused to acknowledge they could’ve broken the trim because they only were working on the Steering Assembly. Hey pal, the trim around the steering wheel is right beneath the trim for the air vent! Unbelievable. Tiny detail? Sure! But it affects the value of the car nonetheless and we were quoted $300+ to fixI hope he reads this :)

Take your car elsewhere! I took my VW TDI in for a check engine light. I specified to the dealership not to do any diagnostic if the car was not under warranty (due to the emissions scandal). Not only did they take the car and do the diagnostic without checking the warranty, but they decided to be rude when I explained to them what my initial instructions were. $180 later they told me what I already knew, which was the DPF needed to be replaced. I knew all of this going in, I only brought it here to see if the repair was covered under warranty. They did not check the warranty, did the diagnostic, and charged me for something I already knew. (I'm not even mentioning this was the 3rd time I took my car in for this exact same repair). There are other places to buy a car and have one serviced. I recommend anyone reading this takes their car to a different place.

We took my husbands car to get assessed for a windshield wiper lever that fell out of place while in use. All it had to do was be attached back in place. We were quoted 200 dollars for the diagnostic and then was told it would cost around 1000 dollars because they wanted to order a new piece plus the charge of their labor, which would apparently be 3 hours. All we had to do was buy a 20 dollar tool and take the steering wheel off ourselves and it took us 30 minutes to do. I find it completely ridiculous that they were trying to scam us out of a thousand dollars instead of just simply listening to us. Only reason we went is because we thought his warranty would handle something that wasn’t his fault. Never will go back again.

This place takes care of my car, keeping it nice and mint while it’s mine. Craig is the best person to help make sure things are done well. Why buy a new car when I can keep going to the wise people here and keep my baby? Great maintenance team. Always go here to service my Volkswagen to get superior service here in Wesley Chapel.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I was so excited to get my new car a 2013 Nissan rogue, with 106.000 miles on it But unfortunately my excitement only lasted 6 months because after the 7th month I found out my new car needed a TRANSMISSION yup my new car that I will be paying on for at least 4yrs is a LEMON !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel I didn't think I was dealing with a buy here- pay here, where you must take every car to a good & trustworthy mechanic just so you know what your buying, I thought I could trust a big brand new car dealership BOY WAS I WRONG !!

What a joke. I was just told by a service advisor that they will update the ECU but if it bricks they aren't liable and then told me they don't want to work on a 2013 Beetle with 128,000 miles because it's too old and high mileage. Apparently modern volkswagens are the equivalent of domestics from the 70's that you throw away after 100,000 miles. This dealership should be embarrassed by their service department.
