I just brought my puppy Great Pyrenees for her first vet visit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! I loved how nice and gentle they were with her. This is by far the best veterinarian I’ve been to!

I really thought that I had found the perfect veterinarian for my dog. My dogs are like family and I only want the best care for them. I do believe that this office provides exceptional care. However, my concern is that they have very little availability to help with sick visits. I have had at least one or two dogs throughout my entire life lifetime and I can say that most of their vet visits were unexpected ones. With that being said, this office has very little ability to see your pet the same day. I have been turned away three times and was told to go to urgent care . These issues were not issues that required an emergency room visit. In my opinion, an emergency room visit is a life or death situation. Yes, my pet needed to be seen the same day but to refer someone to an emergency room for diarrhea doesn’t really make sense. I called the office within 15 minutes of them opening that morning and they told me they had no same day appointments available and that I needed to go to the emergency vet. I haven’t had the best experiences at those places (misdiagnosed) and the emergency vet brings back terrible and sad memories.Thankfully, I was able to call another local vet and was seen within the hour. They moved around patients so that we could be seen. Unfortunately, this office doesn’t have the ability or the desire (unsure which) to do that for their clients. When I spoke to them on the phone, I told them that I might need to find another vet because it seems like they are never able to help with same-day visits. Within a couple of hours they emailed my entire medical records. ?It just really makes me feel that they don’t care about me or more importantly my pet. If you are expecting to have a vet that is able to see you the same day, look elsewhere.

What an excellent veterinary hospital! Dr. Ali, Summer, and everyone else who took care of our cat were so professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Very unprofessional. Some doctors are great but others do NOT communicate. Had a very bad experience and they do not listen to what you have to say. Will never bring my dog back.

Incredible bedside manner, knowledgeable and honest vets, and a wonderful woman’s touch to make it a calming environment. Only complaint is that they book out pretty far in advance.

I brought my fur baby for a second opinion and they were awesome! Very patient with me and explained my dogs condition and prognosis honestly and compassionately. The staff assisted in crossing my sweet girl across the rainbow bridge and while the situation was an emotional one for me, they were so supportive and handled the situation with so much respect and dignity. It shows that they love what they do...a much different experience than what I typically receive from the vet I previously took my pets to.

Villa Rosa is the only place I trust with my dog, Luna. She is high stress at the vet and the team at Villa Rosa is always so patient and gentle with her. 100/10 recommend.

This Female veterinarian and her staff have the most warming and Non sterile, veterinary office field to their clinic. Their office is always welcoming with top-notch customer service, and I found our nervous dog to be the most relaxed of any veterinarian she’s ever been to in her 10 years, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring staff with a non-traditional veterinary office feel, check them out. They are a hidden gem in the Wesley Chapel Florida area.

We took our boy in. He has patches of missing fur. They just couldn't figure it out. It came across to us as though because this wasnt easy to figure out they kinda gave up. The staff is so nice and the establishment is clean and so nice. However we wasted our money going here and will have to go elsewhere to figure out what's wrong with our little guy. ?
Update: a few days later we took him to another clinic, he had a canine tooth the was broken off and it affected to root too, so he was in a lot of pain. Not sure why this clinic missed it? I'm just very disappointed that he had to be in pain for longer, and that we paid for an appointment that we got no answers for when there was indeed an answer.

Just had our first appointment and the Google reviews did NOT disappoint! The office is decorated so cute and it’s well kept! Smells very nice even if it wasn’t a vet office LOL! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was top tier! The Vet Ali was magnificent, super knowledgeable and kind. You can tell everyone there loves their job and works well together. Definitely looking forward to my future relationship with these ladies!

This place doesn’t care about your pet. The new vets there only care about getting your pet in to make money. They charge $65 for an appointment my pet did not need. They saw her in June for a physical and would not renew her prescription. My little dog is 14 years old and is in pain. She can nearly walk and the previous vet gave me a prescription for inflammation and they would not renew it without another $65 office visit.They don’t care about your pet they care about bringing her in and making money. Why another office visit that also must be paid in advance.

I am so glad I found this vet we just moved here and I was looking for a compassionate caring vet & I definitely found that here. They were so kind to me and my pup & they were playing tswift in the lobby! What could be better!? ? thank you for a great first visit we look forward to being long term clients!
