The lady on the front brown hair skinny Asian, I don’t know her name, that’s why I’m describing her, made fun of me, extremely rude and disrespectful, treated me to cancel my appointment if I was 5 minutes late, it has been more than 20 minutes waiting, and she’s laughing at me in front every body, I don’t think it’s funny it is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve been a client since 2019 and every time this lady makes an appointment for me it is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTUL, she treated me by phone by cancelling me my appointment if I was 5 minutes late. the only reason I keep waiting is because my nail artist is really good, but if this happens again I won’t wait anymore and you will loose a customer. If this repeats one more time I will update my review accordingly. This needs to be corrected asap.

Me and my 9 year old daughter came in today , my daughter is a nail biter,she normally get an over lay with a very short tip hence “her age “ . We do this in attempt to break the habit .today my daughter saw angel I believe if I’m wrong about the name I’m sorry iv attached her photo .i requested that the nails be very low over 6 times with each time the tech got aggressive and took out her frustration on my 9 year old . My daughter told her multiple times that she was hurting her and squeezing her fingers out of pure anger , granted my daughter is a child she was moving a little ..I found the behavior to be unprofessional as well as racist .boycott and refrain from supporting this salon . The tech should be fired because I will be filing formal complaint about the abuse my daughter received .if you are burnt of over worked or just not happy with your career you should leave . What’s sad is she put the entire establishment at risk now and a salon owner myself I would never allow an employee to be on the floor with this behavior .iv attached photos and have a video to further support my claim .the quality is so poor is deplorable to say the absolute least !

This is a very well kept & organized establishment. Everyone is very friendly. Angel is heaven sent for sure! One of the best Nail Techs I've ever experienced!

Save your money and go somewhere trustworthy!
I got charged $160 for a simple solid color powder fill, gel pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I don’t come to this salon often and upon check out I was tempted to ask for a price breakdown, but it was very busy and I myself just wanted to get home after 2.5 hours. That was my fault. Then I really thought about it and called them for a price breakdown.
I already had powder tips on my hands and I had oval shape. The tech removed them and reapplied. I later learned that she charged me $20 to reapply the powder tips and also to shape them in oval (exactly what I already had) , When I just needed a fill. I thought maybe she just wanted to redo them freshly.
I also asked for deluxe pedicure, she gave me the Venetian which is more expensive, and I did not ask for.
Also, I just wanted dip, she did gel overlay and charged me $20 on top of it all. I don’t usually do tips often so I didn’t know she was adding on all of those things.
The cherry on top was that the polish job was crappy work, I had lumps and the color was not applied evenly. I went back the next day and got them redone with the manager. Who didn’t want to give me any kind of credit, just 10% off of my next visit.
When I got there, the manager argued that that I had acrylic on that’s why she charged me $20 take off. I definitely did not have acrylic on, I had dip. She told me “two ppl can confirm you did have acrylic”. I have no clue how 2 people can confirm I “had acrylic” when only one person was doing my nails. You could clearly see the dip particles on my nails. Don’t let these people take advantage of you

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and they did a great job. My mani pedi looks great and felt great too. Hubby also tried it and loved the pedi (he tried the venetian pedi). They are pricey, as expected. The place is beautifully decorated, gorgeous Mediterranean paintings and quite clean too.

This is the first time I have had an added on service without my consent. I asked for a basic pedicure because that was what I could afford. At the end the bill was $45. I asked why the price was so high since I asked for a basic pedicure. He told me he did a collagen treatment on my feet. I thought they were using a plastic wrap instead of a towel, like before. That is why I didn't question it. The entire time he talked to me was fine except where I didn't hear him tell me about an uncharge or asking about this extra service. I understand it's a business and you get more when you do an upcharge but you have to ask the client if they want the service.

Me and my friend went here, I come here usually but only for a pedicure and now I remember why lol. The lady doing my nails was clearly new because the shape and length of these nails are atrocious. I asked for almond slightly shorter and they were way too short but my fault for not saying anything. what's unforgivable is that the acrylic was lumpy and completely uneven. Some are too thick and short so it looks bad and some of my nails even do this like slope affect?? and you can see every lump and imperfection because i got chrome. Another mistake on my part. Anyways don't come here for acrylic their pedicures are really good though.

High pressure sales tactics. Technician was clearly annoyed I didn’t want more services, and her interactions with me showed it. Told me to “Move!” even though my minor daughter was still finishing her pedicure. Ran over my shoes with her metal cart. More interested in gossip than work. $90 for 2 basic pedicures with tip. When I left, the technician said out loud, “Cant afford it.” WTH??

They always do a great job. They are prompt professional and always consistent. They have a great selection of colors and can do pretty much anything.
