Theresa was very helpful and friendly. The unit I chose was clean and adequate for my needs. The only problem I had is that the handcart handles weren't bolted to the base which made it very hard to get the loaded cart over a nearly 2" threshold.

You won't be disappointed with the friendly front desk staff at Value It Storage in Zephyrhills. They gave us 4 star treatment and honored the policy for matching the lowest price estimate I found. I highly recommend you check them out if you want safe, affordable and friendly self storage.
