My mother had left her wallet with her ID and debit cards in a box I had sent out with stuff and if it wasn’t for these staff that went above and beyond to get the box off the truck just so we can recover our mothers wallet I can’t thank them enough they are by far the most helpful ppl here and they have great customer service thank you guys for your hard work and dedication.

Great UPS store with extended hours on certain days. Always a friendly staff member ready to provide excellent service! It’s my go to for Amazon returns, they have self service areas that make drop offs a breeze.

Sam Is great, friendly and personable. I tend to notice alot of young staff at this location, that could benefit from some customer service training. Usually have a neutral experience when I come here. Earlier in the year I had the worst experience with a tall blonde young lady. I was in there 15 min before closing and just needed to drop off something. I was filling out a paper at the center desk and she loudly complained that they need to close the doors and told her male co worker to " check your girl." And continued to make loud remarks and frustrating sighs that I was in the store and was rudely talking to her coworker who looked older than her. I felt embarrased for the coworker as the young co worker was continually rude to him and grunting the entire time. My most recent experience was great with Sam.

I have brought two packages here. 1 never made it to the place of return so I never got my money back 2. Was a birthday gift for my nephew wrapped in a box. Box was delivered but both gifts were removed and the wrapping paper was the only thing left. Box was taped back up and delivered to address.
