Whoever was working today on 9/3/24 with orange pants and black top, she was extremely rude. She made all of us in there feel extremely uncomfortable. ALSO BTW THEY DONT HAVE TESTERS for alot of stuff, we went in as a class as esthetican students to look around and then when we opened a nail polish to see the color and she got mad and said we can't do that... then there are no testers for sprays at all, she kept following us around, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Not coming back here again, the management is sad. I'll take my business elsewhere, where I won't be followed and watched like a pet.

I had a pretty un-relaxing time at WC Ulta, and it's not the first time I've been bothered incessantly by the staff as I'm trying to shop, but it was certainly the worst. I was approached 10+ times by employees asking if I needed a basket or needed help, (about half of those instances were employees trying to upsell a product I was looking at) and while I'm appreciative of their hospitality, it was obnoxious.
It was a Saturday, so I'm sure they were staffed accordingly, however, I just wanted to browse without being bugged the whole time.

Had an incredibly disappointing experience with Jeanette at this location. It was clear after a few minutes that she didn't know what she was doing. The first photo is how I had my hair done at an Ulta Salon in my hometown. I showed this photo to her and asked for the exact same thing. I ended up with a very thin braid with no dimension that was off center on my head. There were visible clear elastics and bobby pins and a little tail from the braid sticking out on my head. I asked multiple times throughout the experience for her to change things and she argued with me or said that's not how it was in the photo. Well it was me in the photo and I was there when they did it and it was 100% possible to recreate with my hair. I went home and immediately washed my hair and started from scratch myself because it looked so bad

I used to love your salons. I was a loyal customer for many years. After what my local Ulta Beauty salon did to me I’ll never go back. The stylist Jeanette Schaefer has been adding services to her tickets to make them higher and changed my hair color without my consent. The general manager Lynn Ignatowitz of Ulta at The Grove blatantly lied to me about it and hung up on me when I tried to clarify the problem. The regional manager Meaghan Lanza doesn’t respond to emails nor voicemail. I even called corporate customer service. They promised to look into in and get back to me, but never did.

Staff there are awesome!! Helped me find just what I was looking for and took their time with me to answer questions and try on makeup. I will be returning to this store!

The girls working here are always so incredibly rude & never know what they are doing. It’s extremely frustrating. They always forget to remove previous sales stickers and then are like oh yeah that’s not the sale. okay well you have the sticker saying how much it is, it’s not my fault your team forgot to remove stuff. HONOR the price since it’s YOUR mistake.

I wasn't happy to find out that on a Saturday morning, they didn't open until 10 am. I had to come back later but I found what I wanted. The sales staff was friendly, and the check out process was easy.

I FINALLY found a stylist that can work with my extremely fine, thin hair and didn't recommend numerous services to increase the volume with coloring, etc. I am a low maintenance gal and because I have lupus, it's difficult to have chemicals on my scalp without them burning and possibly causing a bad rash, hives or pushing me into a horrible flare. Mayra was WONDERFUL! I left so happy. She recommended shampoo and conditioner and handed me a kit that contained a few products to try. Unfortunately, I have to return them since there is an ingredient in them that I am allergic to. I know Ulta is amazing with their return policy. I would love to know which shampoo and conditioner she used on my hair before the cut. My hair looked awesome and still does the next day. I will be returning to see her for all my cuts and blow outs! Thanks Mayra for being so sweet, listening and delivering a fantastic service. God bless you!!

This store is dangerous on the sense you can easily go inside and spend an unexpected $100. EASY. But the staff was very good at what they do

This Ulta sells higher end beauty products. They also have a salon, which is generally busy. I would definitely make a reservation if you planned on using the salon during the late afternoon or on the weekend. Making a reservation is easy. It can be done online.

I wanted to share an extraordinary experience my daughter and I had recently at Ulta Beauty. Today is my daughter’s prom, and we had meticulously planned a full day of hair and makeup at a nearby salon. The hairstylist did a fantastic job, but unfortunately, the makeup artist fell short of our expectations.
My daughter was left in tears, her confidence shattered. Desperate to salvage the situation, we rushed to Ulta’s. That’s when we met Racheal and her team. Racheal, with her warm smile and reassuring demeanor, immediately put us at ease. Her schedule opened up due to a recent cancellation, and she graciously offered to help.
What followed was nothing short of magical. Racheal not only fixed my daughter’s makeup but also restored her confidence within minutes. The transformation was remarkable—flawless, glamorous, and utterly amazing. My daughter walked out of Ulta feeling like a true prom queen.
I cannot recommend Ulta Beauty enough, especially if you’re looking to have makeup done for a special event. Racheal’s expertise and kindness made all the difference. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Racheal!

Kamila is very beautiful inside and out, having received customers service like the one from today 4/23/2024 makes my daughter and I want to come back, we were saying how nice she was and extremely helpful with my daughter and I. Every time we ask her a question she answered is with patience and explain everything very good. Store is very clean easy to shop and if you need help just ask.
