In selecting Tradewinds Screens for our new lanai, I used the Google Reviews in the selection process for a quote. This is why I am leaving a review now. When I called, Justin came out and we discussed our project which was somewhat complicated. He was very professional and courteous. After our discussion, we selected Justin after getting quotes from other companies. Justin’s knowledge of just how to build our lanai, the aluminum and concrete crews and believe it or not communication through the process was exemplary. We could not be happier with our decision.

Justin and his team are super responsive and results oriented. Great quality at a fair price. Justin kept us posted at each step (engineering, permit, materials order, installation scheduled, final inspection) which made the process very predictable and straight forward. Highly recommend!

Justin and his team at Tradewinds did a great job with my project. Removing a 10X13 foot screen room, pouring more concrete and building a new 10X30 foot screen room. Project completed on time and on budget with no surprises. Great to work with, had good ideas for maximizing my space and the work and materials are top quality. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to build new or remodel your backyard. Now I just have to wait for the hot tub to arrive.

Terrible business. I had a screen installed approximately 2 years ago, which is loosening around the edges and needs tightening. I reached out to ask for service, never indicating a request for free service, I was willing to pay as it’s out of the 1yr warranty. The response I got was “when we’re back in the neighborhood, Ill have someone stop by” !!!?? No definite time/day. I again reached out 2 weeks later as no one had been out … again same response, as well as a lengthy response indicating that I was asking for “free service” on an “out of warranty” repair and that I could seek another company. Mind you the delay in responding to messages is over 2 days!
Just rude and unprofessional communication! I am in the medical profession and am a provider… I provide free service all the time but never let my patients know or feel as if I providing less than the upmost respect and proper care regardless of paying.
I was simply, a returning loyal customer, willing to pay for repair. However now, I will take my business where it’s appreciated.
