This is my 2nd time here and it will be my go to place when I visit from out of town! It's like a nail salon supercenter. I've never had a pedicure as good as the one the Nina gives. She even did some nail art and it came out just as I wanted. She has a great personality and makes your experience fun and relaxing! See you on the next visit, Nina!

Stylist: My nail tech is Cara. She does an excellent job on my gel fills on my hands and toes. I love designs on my nails/toes and her art work is great.

The chemicals in this salon were so strong I couldn’t stay. They need some kind of ventilation system in place. There is very obviously not one.

I've been coming to Touch Nail Spa for years! They are EXCELLENT!! They have a great selection of different types of pedicures to choose from. Also, the largest polish and gel manicure polish selection available. The owners take pride in the cleanliness of the facility and only use sterilized tools to prevent nail infections or fungus. They are very customer service orientated and everyone works to ensure a great experience. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND TOUCH NAILS!

Requested style: Whenever I don't know what style to get, Vicki always comes through and tells me what's popular and we try that style! She's awesome and everything always turns out amazing.

Cleanliness: The tools came out of sterilized bags! Super impressed.
Stylist: Unsure who the lady was who gave me my pedicure, but she did AMAZING! My friend and I went together, my friends pedicure started before mine. The lady came out about 15 minutes later and apologized for the wait and was very personable. She even looked for my ingrowns without me asking which NEVER happens! She was great!!!

I recently visited touch on a busy Sunday as a walk-in. Although I expected a wait since I didn't have an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate me after just 20 minutes. The salon itself had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff were friendly.
When I was finally helped, I only needed to have my acrylics removed and a basic manicure done. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. My service was split between two technicians, and it felt rushed throughout. One of the technicians did not let my nails soak properly and kept trying to change my mind about how I wanted my nails filed, pushing for gel instead of a regular manicure.
Instead of allowing the acetone to sit on my nails to safely remove the acrylic, the technician kept filing aggressively, which resulted in significant damage to my natural nails. She informed me that my nails couldn't be kept long because of the damage from the acrylics. This was particularly confusing as I only get my nails done once or twice a year, and my nails were healthy before this visit.
While I understand that it was a busy day and walk-ins can be challenging to manage, I felt that the service I received was hurried and lacked the care that should be given to ensure the health of a client’s nails. I believe a little more patience and a gentler approach would have made a significant difference in my experience.
In summary, the salon has a friendly staff and a pleasant environment, but my experience highlighted the need for better attention to detail and care, especially during busy times. I hope to see improvements in these areas for future visits.

Touch has been wonderful. I found a nail tech I love, they have the LARGEST selection of nail colors, etc, and the Orange Burst pedicure is worth every penny and then some. Always clean and professional too.

Thank you to my girl Helen!!!! She really is the bomb and I love how she did my nails!! I have to give a shoutout last time to Lisa and Tina and Vee for a great job they did when I had my moms with me. The photo I added is Helen’s work and the other one of Vee and Lisa work. Tina did my pedi and she is always the best. Love this salon this is my spot.

I have been going to this nail salon for >3 years for most of this time I have been seeing Van and Ricki. You truly cannot go wrong if you ask for either of these two nail professionals. Lately, I have been requesting to see Ricki. Ricki is more than a nail technician, he is a nail professional. Ricki ensures my cuticles are taken care of, he files the acrylic nails beds so they are narrow and look feminine, he also periodically asks me if I want to replace a previous set of acrylic nails for a new set to avoid fungus. During my time with Ricki I have had two toe nails fall off (these were NOT Ricki’s fault). I am very active, I weight lift and run and apply a lot of damage to my feet. Ricki nursed both damaged toe nails back to health. Ricki doesn’t just focus on aesthetic, but also the health of the nail. I am a young professional so I do not get any designs or fancy colors. Ricki knows I only like “natural” colors such as OPI Put It In Neutral, Bubble Bath, and Timmy Pink. When I go I always bring a book or my Kindle to read; look forward to my appointments to relax. I am not very talkative, but appreciate the funny jokes and banter from Ricki.
I can also attest I receive equal care of my nails from Van. I also suffered from a damaged big toe nail injury and Van also nursed it back to health (Van and Ricki are more interested that you have healthy nails not just pretty nails). Van gives the BEST pedicures he has strong arms and does a good job at helping you select colors and giving you his opinion. Van also explains why he is doing something, which I always appreciated about him.
Ricki and Van book quickly so, call at least a week in advance.
