Stopped in randomly because my tire was flat and light on. They removed a nail and patched my tire for me at no charge and I was in and out within 15 mins! Such a nice place, would definitely go back or refer this location to others.

Had a screw in a tire and droped the wheel off at about 9 am. Chad had called in no time and had it taken care of. Great time efficiency and excellent service. Thank you Chad at wesley chapel tire kingdom.

Cut my tire on Sunday afternoon. Brought it to this store after 3 pm not expecting anything to be repaired until Monday. I was surprised when they called me 1 hour later saying it's done. Great attitude! Will definitely be my to-go place when it's time to change my tires.

My 19yo daughter showed up at 8:00pm after a long day of waiting for a tow there. Tire Kingdom Wesley Chapel customer service went above and beyond for her. Made sure she was comfortable with her options and really helped her out. You can rely on them.

Needed a tire stem replaced and rotation. Scott, the service manager, was very nice and for some reason, did not charge the full price. I was pleasantly surprised. I have been coming to this shop since it opened many years ago. This is just another example why I keep coming back for my tire needs.

Chad, David and Christian got my wife’s brand new Tahoe back on the road quickly and efficiently. She picked up a nail on I-75 we hopped right off and pulled in. We were seen and taken care of within minutes. Thankfully just a quick patch but anything else we need in the future we’ll be sure to come back. Thanks guys.

I needed an appointment to replace all four tires and I was able to book it 2-days out, which was quicker than everything else. Price point was probably in the middle between Sams/Costco and dealerships, so I was fine with it.
David in the front was very nice and communicated they were waiting for the shuttle to drop off the tires. Although I needed to get back to work quickly that day, I understand delays happen and we all have to work together. Once the tires got there David got my car in quickly and it was done faster than the time he originally said, so I was happy.
No complaints and I'd go back there again. Thanks!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would do so!! I picked this tire repair place because it was close to my job. I just showed up with no appointment and was graciously greeted when I arrived. I explained my tire issue and they took my car in immediately. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road!! Here's the kicker, they charged me nothing to do it!! Vick was my technician, so I am planning on stopping by to give him a cash tip for doing such a great timely job. Tire Kindgom is my new tire spot, and you should make it yours as well!!

I purchased 4 new tires from Tire Kimgdom recently. The other day, I noticed the tire pressure dropping steadily on the left rear tire. I drove to this location with no appointment. Vincent came to my rescue. They removed a large nail that punctured my tire and fixed it to my great relief. I would like to commend Vincent for his great customer service and professional service! He made me a very happy and satisfied customer. Thanks again Vincent!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I approached the register, I stood in front of the cashier for a few moments without being acknowledged. I had to initiate the conversation, and when I did, the cashier was extremely short with me and didn’t even make eye contact. I understand that everyone may be going through tough times, but there's no excuse for rudeness, especially in customer service. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially now.
This kind of behavior really makes me reconsider returning to this store. If it weren’t for the free tire rotation I purchased, I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

So thankful the team was available! My battery died right before Hurricane Milton. They were able to get my battery replaced in record time, while most places weren’t even back open. As an essential worker that had to be back at work, I greatly appreciated this!

I’d like to believe in this day and age that mechanics don’t still see dollar signs when they see a single woman come in, but I’m quite sure that was the case today. I came in for a full synthetic oil change on my Audi, and after a free inspection, I was told I need new tires (that are only 2 years old and about 7k miles on them) but also needed shocks and struts to the tune of $1,800 to $2,000.
Lucky for me, I have a friend that specializes in European cars and who I took my car to immediately after my appointment, and he told me that I needed neither.
I’m not one that’s easy to screw over but it makes me sad to think of the people (men, woman and elderly) who take your shop at their word and have work done they don’t need. We are all currently struggling financially, whether it be the economy, the aftermath of the back to back hurricanes, or both!! DO BETTER!!
